Claims (10)
- シャフト;
前記シャフトと結合するロータ;および
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータを含み、
前記ロータは、
円筒部とフランジ部を含むベアリングホルダー;
前記円筒部に配置された第1ベアリングと第2ベアリング;
前記円筒部と結合されるホールを含むロータコア;および
前記ロータコアと結合されたマグネット;を含み、
前記ロータコアはポケット部を含み、
前記マグネットは前記ポケット部に配置され、
前記フランジ部は前記ロータコアと前記マグネット上に配置され、
前記円筒部は前記第1ベアリングが配置される第1領域と前記第2ベアリングが配置される第2領域を含み、
前記円筒部の前記第1領域および前記第2領域は前記ロータコアのホールに挿入された、モータ。 - 前記ベアリングホルダーは
前記第2領域に形成された溝を含み、
前記溝と結合されて前記ロータコアの下面に配置されるプレートを含む、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記プレートは下側に突出して半径方向に延びた突起部を含む、請求項2に記載のモータ。
- 前記プレートの下面に円周方向に配置されたシーラントを含む、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- シャフト;
前記シャフトと結合するロータ;および
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータを含み、
前記ロータは、
円筒部とフランジ部を含むベアリングホルダー;
前記円筒部の一側に配置された第1ベアリング;
前記円筒部の他側に配置された第2ベアリング;
前記円筒部と結合されるホールを含むロータコア;
前記ロータコアと結合されたマグネット;および
前記ロータコアの下に配置されたプレートを含み、
前記ロータコアは前記マグネットが配置されるポケット部を含み、
前記フランジ部は前記ロータコア上に配置され、
前記プレートは前記円筒部の他側と結合する、モータ。 - シャフト;
前記シャフトと結合するロータ;
前記ロータの外側に配置されるステータ;および
前記ステータの外側に配置される円筒状の第1カバーを含み、
前記ステータの外周面は第1領域と第2領域を含み、
前記第1領域は前記第1カバーの内周面と接触するように配置され、
前記第2領域は前記第1カバーの上側に配置される、モータ。 - 前記第1カバーの内周面には前記ステータの下面と接触する段差が配置される、請求項6に記載のモータ。
- 前記ステータはインシュレーターを含み、
前記インシュレーターは前記第2領域を覆う、請求項6に記載のモータ。 - 前記インシュレーターは上部インシュレーターと下部インシュレーターを含み、
前記上部インシュレーターの外径は前記第1カバーの内径より大きく、前記第1カバーの外径より小さく、
前記下部インシュレーターの外径は前記第1カバーの内径より小さい、請求項8に記載のモータ。 - 前記インシュレーターは上部インシュレーターと下部インシュレーターを含み、
前記上部インシュレーターは環状の上部胴体と前記上部胴体から内側に延びる複数の上側コイル巻線部を含み、
前記上部胴体は上面部と前記上面部から下側に延びる第1外側面部を含み、
前記第1外側面部の内周面は前記第2領域と接触する、請求項8に記載のモータ。
