再循環路と再循環吐出キャビティとを有する再循環構造と、
前記再循環吐出キャビティの下流側に配置され、シャフト回転軸の回りに回転可能なシャフトに取り付けられるインペラと、
前記インペラを回転させるため前記シャフトを回転させるように配置されるモータと、
前記インペラの下流側の前記出口部に配置されるディフューザと、
を備えるチラーシステムにおいて用いられるよう設計される遠心圧縮機であって、
前記再循環構造は前記入口部内への冷媒の流れに渦を与えるよう構成されるとともに配置されており、前記渦によって生じる再循環流の速度が前記入口部における前記冷媒の流れの速度より速い、
遠心圧縮機。 - 複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンが、前記再循環吐出キャビティを囲繞するように配置されており、
前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンは、前記シャフトの前記シャフト回転軸に関して周方向に配置されており、
前記再循環路は、前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンに向かって冷媒を導入する再循環管を有する、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンのそれぞれは、前記シャフトの前記シャフト回転軸に平行な羽根回転軸の回りに回転可能である、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンのそれぞれの角度は、前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンを回転することにより調整可能である、
請求項2または3に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数再循環吐出ガイドベーンの角度が同時に調整されるよう、前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンは互いに接続されている、
請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記再循環構造は、環状板上に配置される前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンを収容するよう設計される複数の凹部を有する連動板を更に有し、
前記連動板は、前記シャフトの前記シャフト回転軸と平行な方向に沿って軸方向に移動可能である、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記再循環構造は、環状板を更に有し、
前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンは前記環状板上に配置されている、
請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンと前記再循環管とを接続するよう、環状溝が前記筐体に形成されている、
請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記再循環構造は、前記シャフト回転軸と一致する軸の回りに回転可能に配置される回転マニホルド板を更に有し、
前記回転マニホルド板の回転によって、前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンのそれぞれの間に形成される流路を開閉させて、前記再循環流のフロー領域を変化させる、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記再循環構造の前記再循環管は前記筐体内に配置される、
請求項2から9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記再循環構造の前記再循環管は、前記ディフューザから前記複数の再循環吐出ガイドベーンに向かって延設される、
