Abstract
Description
本発明は、低酸素透過性ポリブチレンテレフタレートをベースとする熱可塑性成形組成物から製造された容器、該容器の製造および使用、該容器を含むカプセルならびに該容器を製造するための熱可塑性成形組成物に関する。
A) ポリブチレンテレフタレート30〜100重量%と、1,4−ブタンジオールならびにC2−12脂肪族ジカルボン酸および/またはC6−12脂環式ジカルボン酸から誘導されるポリエステル0〜70重量%とから構成されるポリエステル59.8〜99.8重量%と、
B) 酸化性ポリエステル−エーテル0.1〜10重量%と、
C) 遷移金属塩5〜10000重量ppmと、
D) 他のさらなる物質0〜40重量%と
を含み、
前記成分A)〜D)の重量%の合計は、100重量%である容器により、本発明に従って達成される。
押出成形または溶融混練によりポリブチレンテレフタレート中の成分C)のマスターバッチを製造すること、
b. 成分A)およびB)ならびに場合により、D)を溶融ブレンドすること、
c. 工程a.およびb.からの材料を乾式ブレンドすること、
d. 工程c.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含むか、または
a. 押出成形または溶融混練によりポリブチレンテレフタレート中の成分C)のマスターバッチを製造すること、
b. 工程a.からのマスターバッチを、成分A)、成分B)および場合により、成分D)と共に乾式ブレンドすること、
c. 工程b.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含むか、または
a. 成分A)〜D)を溶融混合すること、
b. 工程a.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含む。
下記成分を使用した。
110cm3/10分のメルトボリュームレート(MVR)(250℃および2.16kgでのISO 113に準拠)および86ml/gの粘度数(ISO 1628に準拠)を有するポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)。この材料は、BASF SE、Germany(Ultradur(登録商標)B1520 FC UN)から入手することができる。
25重量%のポリエステル−ポリエーテルコポリマーに相当する割合のポリエーテル(ポリテトラメチレン)を含有するポリエステル−ポリエーテルコポリマー。当該コポリマーのIVは、0.961dl/g(ASTM D4603に準拠)であった。このポリエステル−エーテルは、Point Plastic S.R.L.、Italy(Passipet(登録商標)112)から得ることができる。
ポリブチレンテレフタレート(Ultradur(登録商標)B2550 FC、BASF SE)をベースとする、6.0重量%のステアリン酸コバルトマスターバッチ。このマスターバッチは、Point Plastic S.R.L(Osmopet(登録商標)7128)から入手することができる。
ゲルろ過クロマトグラフィー(GPC)により測定された5000g/モルの分子量、pH2および500mPasの粘度を有するポリアクリル酸。このポリアクリル酸は、49重量%の水溶液であり、BASF SE(Sokalan(登録商標)PA 25XS)から入手することができる。
放出量の定量分析を、TOC(=全有機炭素放出量)の測定のためのドイツ自動車工業会(VDA)の標準的な方法であるVDA 277に従って行った。VDA 277は、自動車に使用される非金属材料の炭素放出量を調査するのに使用される。この方法では、射出成形プラークまたは包装後のペレットを粉砕し、ガラス容器に充填し、同容器を密封する。ついで、試験体を、120℃で5時間保存する。ついで、試験体上の気体容積を、ガスクロマトグラフィー(ヘッドスペースGC)で分析する。放出量を、ここでは、試験体1グラムあたりの炭素(TOC)(μg)で測定する。
Claims (18)
- 熱可塑性成形組成物から製造された容器であって、前記熱可塑性成形組成物は、
A) ポリブチレンテレフタレート30〜100重量%と、1,4−ブタンジオールならびにC2−12脂肪族ジカルボン酸および/またはC6−12脂環式ジカルボン酸から誘導されるポリエステル0〜70重量%とから構成されるポリエステル59.8〜99.8重量%と、
B) 酸化性ポリエステル−エーテル0.1〜10重量%と、
C) 遷移金属塩5〜10000重量ppmと、
D) 他のさらなる物質0〜40重量%と
を含み、
前記成分A)〜D)の重量%の合計は、100重量%である、
容器。 - 成分A)が、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである、請求項1記載の容器。
- 成分B)が、ポリ(テトラメチレン−コ−アルキレンエーテル)を含む少なくとも1種のポリエーテルセグメントを含み、前記アルキレン基が、C2〜C4アルキレン基である、請求項1または2記載の容器。
- 前記成分C)の金属が、元素周期表の第1、第2または第3周期から選択され、好ましくは、コバルトである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- さらなる物質として、アクリル酸ポリマー0.01〜2重量%を含み、前記アクリル酸ポリマーが、アクリル酸70〜100重量%と、アクリル酸と共重合可能な、モノエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸の群から選択される少なくとも1種の他のエチレン性不飽和モノマー0〜30重量%とから構成され、
前記さらなる物質が、好ましくは、ポリアクリル酸である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の容器。 - 射出成形され、好ましくは、成分A)が、70cm3/g〜130cm3/gの範囲の粘度数を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 圧縮成形される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 1mm未満、好ましくは、0.7mm未満の壁厚を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 1mmの厚みで、5cc/m2/d/atm未満、好ましくは、3cc/m2/d/atm未満、より好ましくは、1cc/m2/d/atm未満の酸素透過率を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 250ml未満、好ましくは、100ml未満、より好ましくは、50ml未満の充填容積を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- カプセル、好ましくは、飲料を製造するための成分を収容するためのカプセルの形態にある、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の容器。
- 前記熱可塑性成形組成物が、少なくとも79.4重量%の成分A)を含み、前記容器が、成分A)単独から製造された容器の酸素透過率より、少なくとも30%低い酸素透過率を有する、請求項11記載の容器。
- 成分A)〜D)を溶融混合し、前記溶融物から前記容器を形成することにより、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の容器を製造するための方法。
- a. 押出成形または溶融混練によりポリブチレンテレフタレート中の成分C)のマスターバッチを製造すること、
b. 成分A)およびB)ならびに場合により、D)を溶融ブレンドすること、
c. 前記工程a.およびb.からの材料を乾式ブレンドすること、
d. 前記工程c.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含むか、または
a. 押出成形または溶融混練によりポリブチレンテレフタレート中の成分C)のマスターバッチを製造すること、
b. 前記工程a.からのマスターバッチを、成分A)、成分B)および場合により、成分D)と共に乾式ブレンドすること、
c. 前記工程b.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含むか、または
a. 成分A)〜D)を溶融混合すること、
b. 前記工程a.の材料を射出成形しまたは圧縮成形すること
を含む、請求項13記載の方法。 - 飲料を製造するための成分を包装するための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の容器の使用。
- 飲料を製造するための成分を含有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の容器を含む、カプセル。
- 前記成分が、コーヒー粉末、茶粉末、茶葉、乳、粉乳、ココア粉末またはソフトドリンク成分である、請求項16記載のカプセル。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性成形組成物。
