一面に前記電池セルを載置するようにプレート形状を有する本体部と、前記本体部から前記電池セルの水平方向の側部の少なくとも一部を囲むように上方へ突出して形成された隔壁と、を備えるホルダーと、
電気絶縁性材質からなり、前記印刷回路基板の少なくとも一部を被覆して接合された保護部と、前記保護部から前記隔壁が位置した方向へ突出して延び、前記隔壁の一部に固定された固定部と、を備える絶縁性モールド部材と、を含み得る。

Claims (11)
- 電極組立体と、前記電極組立体と電解液が収容された収納部及び前記収納部の外周縁を密封して形成された封止部を有するパウチ外装材と、前記封止部から突出して延びるように形成された電極リードと、を備える電池セルと、
保護回路が形成された印刷回路基板を備える保護回路モジュールであって、前記印刷回路基板が前記封止部において前記電極リードが形成されたテラス構造の上に設けられた保護回路モジュールと、
一面に前記電池セルを載置するようにプレート形状を有する本体部と、前記本体部から前記電池セルの水平方向の側部の少なくとも一部を囲むように上方へ突出して形成された隔壁と、を備えるホルダーと、
電気絶縁性材質からなり、前記印刷回路基板の少なくとも一部を被覆して接合された保護部と、前記保護部から前記隔壁が位置した方向へ突出して延び、前記隔壁の一部に固定された固定部と、を備える絶縁性モールド部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池パック。 - 前記絶縁性モールド部材の固定部は、前記保護部から前記隔壁が位置した方向へ突出して延びた端部が前記隔壁に沿って下方へ折り曲げられたフック構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記ホルダーの隔壁には、水平方向へ貫通した挿入口が形成され、
前記挿入口には、前記絶縁性モールド部材の固定部の一部が挿入されて固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記隔壁は、前記本体部の外周に沿って延び、一部に上面視で円弧形状で曲がった屈曲部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記ホルダーには、前記隔壁と外側方向へ所定の距離で離隔し、上方へ突出して延びたモールディング用遮断壁が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記絶縁性モールド部材は、前記印刷回路基板が外部に露出した部位がないように前記印刷回路基板を全体的に被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記絶縁性モールド部材の下部面は、前記電池セルの収容部の下部面と同じ平面上に位置するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記絶縁性モールド部材の保護部の外側面には、水平内部方向へ凹んだ凹溝が形成され、
前記凹溝には、前記電極リードの一部が収容されるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記ホルダーの本体部には、前記電池セルで発生した熱を排出する、上下方向へ開口した放熱部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池パック。
