Claims (5)
- 제 1 전극 탭이 부착된 제 1 전극판, 제 2 전극 탭이 부착된 제 2 전극판 및 상기 제 1 전극판 및 제 2 전극판 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극 조립체와,전면과, 전극 조립체 수용부를 가지는 후면으로 하부 접철부에 의해 구분되며, 상기 전면과 후면이 밀착되어 가장자리부를 갖는 파우치 케이스로 이루어지며,상기 파우치 케이스의 하부의 일측에서 연장되어 상기 전극 조립체 수용부 하단에서 상기 접철부까지는 상기 전면과 후면이 융착되지 못하고 겹치는 하단부가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하단부의 폭은 상기 파우치 케이스 두께의 50% 내지 100%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하단부는 2mm 내지 3mm의 폭으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전극탭이 인출되지 않는 파우치 케이스의 마주보는 가장자리부는 상기 전면과 후면이 융착되어 상기 전극 조립체 수용부가 형성된 방향과 반대되는방향으로 접힘을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 파우치 케이스의 하부에서 연장되어 형성된 하단부는 상기 전극 조립체 수용부가 형성된 방향으로 접힘을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
