Claims (6)

- 前記床は通気孔を含み、空気が前記空洞の内部から前記ユニット型建物の内部の中に流れ、前記建物の温度制御を可能にする、請求項1に記載のユニット型建物。
- 水を加熱する少なくとも1つの太陽熱暖房要素を含み、加熱された水は次に前記流体搬送パイプを介して供給される、請求項1に記載のユニット型建物。
- 前記流体搬送パイプによって搬送された流体を冷却する、冷却システムを含む、請求項1に記載のユニット型建物。
- 前記パイプは並列型配列で配置される、請求項1に記載のユニット型建物。
- 前記パイプが支柱及び梁を通して延びることによって、前記ユニット型建物の内部温度に影響を与える、請求項1に記載のユニット型建物。
