Abstract
Description
実施形態1.チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料を含む硬化合成ポリイソプレン粒子を含むエラストマー層を含むポリマー物品。
表1の調合物によるコンドームを生成させた。
以下で示される表4は、主題開示の実施形態に従い製造した合成ポリイソプレンコンドームのいくつかについての、測定した架橋点間分子量および対応する架橋密度を報告する。架橋点間分子量が高いほど、架橋密度がより低くなる。
Claims (20)
- チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料を含む硬化合成ポリイソプレン粒子を含むエラストマー層を含む、ポリマー物品。
- 前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子は前加硫される、請求項1に記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は分枝マクロ構造を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は95重量%以上のcis−1,4異性体含量を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は約96重量%〜97重量%のcis−1,4異性体含量を含む、前記請求項に記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は1重量%以下のtrans−1,4異性体含量を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は5重量%以下の3,4異性体含量を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記物品は0.030〜0.065mmの範囲の厚さを有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記エラストマー層は11,000g/mol未満の架橋点間分子量(Mc)を有する後加硫構造を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子は、およそ0.2〜2マイクロメートルの範囲の粒子中位径を有する、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子は、ポリイソプレン粒子内架橋およびポリイソプレン粒子間架橋により互いに結合される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のポリマー物品。
- 前加硫された硬化合成ポリイソプレン粒子を含むエラストマー層を含む、コンドームであって、
前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子は、
95重量%以上のcis−1,4異性体含量;
1重量%以下のtrans−1,4異性体含量;および
5重量%以下の3,4異性体含量
を含む、チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料を含む、コンドーム。 - 前記エラストマー層は開放端、閉端、および前記閉端から前記開放端まで延在する管状シースを形成する、前記請求項に記載のコンドーム。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料は分枝マクロ構造を含む、請求項12〜前記請求項に記載のコンドーム。
- 前記エラストマー層は11,000g/mol未満の架橋点間分子量(Mc)を有する後加硫構造を含む、請求項12〜前記請求項に記載のコンドーム。
- 前記合成ポリイソプレン粒子は、およそ0.2〜1.5マイクロメートルの範囲の粒子中位径を有する、請求項12〜前記請求項に記載のコンドーム。
- チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料のエラストマーコーティングをフォーマ上に配置すること;および
前記エラストマーコーティングを硬化させ、前記ポリマー物品のエラストマー層を形成させること
を含む、ポリマー物品を生成するための方法。 - 前記フォーマ上での前記エラストマーコーティングの配置は、前記フォーマを前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料のエマルジョン中に浸漬することを含む、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記チーグラー・ナッタにより触媒されたポリイソプレン材料の前記エマルジョンは、前記フォーマを浸漬する前に前加硫される、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー物品は、コンドームを含み、前記エラストマー層は開放端、閉端、および前記閉端から前記開放端まで延在する管状シースを形成する、請求項17〜前記請求項に記載の方法。
