Abstract
Description
・ 開口部を有する容器本体と、
・ 容器内の粉体の温度および/または湿度レベルを感知するための感知装置と、
を備え、感知装置から受信した第1の測定値が、容器の外の環境の温度および/または湿度レベルを感知するように構成された第2の感知装置から受信した第2の測定値と比較され、第1の測定値および第2の測定値に基づいて、容器を開けることができるかどうかに関する表示がユーザに提供される。
Claims (31)
- 所望の量の金属粉を保管するように適合された容器であって、
・ 開口部を有する容器本体と、
・ 前記容器内の粉体の温度および/または湿度レベルを感知するための感知装置と、
を備え、
前記感知装置から受信した第1の測定値が、前記容器の外の環境の温度および/または湿度レベルを感知するように構成された第2の感知装置から受信した第2の測定値と比較され、前記第1の測定値および前記第2の測定値に基づいて、前記容器を開けることができるかどうかに関する表示がユーザに提供される、
容器。 - 蓋をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記蓋の内面に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記蓋の内面から垂れ下がる突出部に取り付けられる、請求項2または3に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記容器本体の内面に取り付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 部分的に円錐形の本体部分を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記容器の部分的に円錐形の本体部分内に設けられる、請求項6に記載の容器。
- 出口と、前記出口を選択的に開閉するための出口弁と、を備える、請求項6または7に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記出口弁の下流を感知するように配置される、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 複数の感知装置を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、温度センサおよび/または湿度センサを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置は、前記容器内の露点を判定するためのセンサを備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記第2の感知装置は、前記容器または前記蓋の外面に設けられる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記第2のセンサは、前記容器から離れている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記第2のセンサは、積層造形機内に設けられる、請求項1〜12および14のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記第2の感知装置は、温度センサおよび/または湿度センサを備える、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置および前記第2の感知装置は、温度センサをそれぞれ備え、前記感知装置の温度センサからの第1の温度測定値が、前記第2の温度装置の温度センサからの第2の温度測定値と比較され、これらの温度測定値に基づいて、前記容器を開けることができるかどうかに関する判定が実施される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置の温度センサから受信した温度と前記第2の感知装置の温度センサから受信した温度との差は、前記容器を開けることができるかどうかに関する判定を実施するために使用される、請求項17に記載の容器。
- 前記容器を開けることができるかどうかを判定するステップは、記録される、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記感知装置の温度センサおよび前記第2の感知装置の温度センサは、感温熱電対の2つの接合部として形成される、請求項11および16〜19のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器を開けることができないと判定された場合に、前記容器は、ロックされるように構成される、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 狭小な環境における前記容器の位置を判定するために使用されるアンテナをさらに備える、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記狭小な環境における前記容器の位置は、前記容器のアンテナの三角測量によって判定される、請求項20に記載の容器。
- 前記狭小な環境においてもっとも近くにある利用可能な前記第2の感知装置と通信するように構成される、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記狭小な環境における前記容器の位置を判定するための無線周波数識別タグをさらに備える、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 粉体サイジング機と接続可能である、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器内の粉体が周囲に順応するまでの所要時間に関する表示を提供するように構成される、請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載の容器組立体と、積層造形機と、を備える、システム。
- 前記積層造形機は、積層造形機入口を選択的に開閉するための入口弁を備える、請求項28に記載のシステム。
- 前記感知装置は、前記出口弁と前記入口弁との間の領域に設けられる、請求項28または29に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の感知装置は、前記積層造形機内に設けられる、請求項28〜30のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
