Abstract
Description
本処理装置は、320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内に含まれる波長の紫外線を所定容積に照射するように構成された、少なくとも1つの光源を備えることを特徴とする。そのような処理装置を製造するのは容易であり、これを用いて、処理中に閉鎖されているタンクに最初に導入された塩素化水から塩素の味を除去する
ために、所定容積を迅速かつ効果的に処理することができる。A型紫外線、すなわち、波長が320nm(ナノメートル)〜400nm(ナノメートル)、好ましくは325nm〜395nmに含まれる紫外線を生成するように、前記少なくとも1つの光源を構成している。本装置の概略的アーキテクチャは簡素であり、タンク(着脱可能であるかどうかを問わず)と、タンクの内容物を紫外線(A型)に暴露するのに十分な光源とがある。

したがって、ここで生成されたフリーラジカルは、処理中の溶液に存在する他の分子およびあらゆるウイルスまたは細菌を(酸化または促進酸化処理によって)破壊することができる。
成される熱を利用して、密閉容器に保存された水を低温殺菌している。
温度の上昇を促進するように、発光ダイオード20の電力効率を適合させるべきであるのは言うまでもない。断熱箱体を設けて外部への損失を制限することができ、かつ/または再循環手段(外部に面するフラップ)を設けて、閉回路または開回路で作動できるようにすることができる。
Claims (12)
- 処理される所定の閉鎖容積の塩素化水(15)を収容するように構成された、タンク(10)とキャップ(12)とを備える塩素加水(15)処理装置であって、
前記処理装置が、前記所定の閉鎖容積を320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内にある波長の紫外線に暴露することで、前記紫外線のみで塩素化分子を分解するように構成された、少なくとも1つの光源を備えることを特徴とする、
塩素化水(15)処理装置。 - ケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に配置された複数の光源であって、前記所定容積を320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内にある波長の照射光に暴露する、光源とを備え、前記処理装置が、前記光源を冷却するように構成された冷却手段と、前記ケーシングおよび前記所定容積の水(15)を内部加熱するために、前記冷却手段をオフに切り替えるように構成されたスイッチ手段とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の処理装置。
- ケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に配置された複数の光源であって、前記所定容積を320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内にある波長の照射光に暴露する、光源とを備え、前記処理装置が、前記光源のレベル(15)で空気流を発生させるように構成された換気手段(50)と、閉回路となっているかどうかを問わず前記換気手段を作動させて、これにより前記ケーシングおよび前記所定容積の水(15)をそれぞれ内部加熱するか、または前記光源を冷却するように構成された再循環手段とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の処理装置。
- 前記タンク(10)は着脱可能であり、かつ320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内にある波長の紫外線に対して透過的である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源は、発光ヘッドを含む発光ダイオード(20)であり、前記タンク(10)は前記発光ヘッドと接触している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記タンク(10)はホウケイ酸ガラス製である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記タンク(10)の周りに配置された複数のストリップ(21)を備え、各ストリップ(21)は、前記タンク(10)に沿って配置されたいくつかの光源を支持している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記複数のストリップのそれぞれを前記タンク(10)に押し付けるように配置された弾性手段を備える、請求項7に記載の処理装置。
- 前記所定容積の水(15)を包囲している紫外線反射壁と、前記紫外線を生成するように構成された、前記少なくとも1つの光源とを備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 所定の閉鎖容積の塩素化水(15)を320nm〜400nm、好ましくは325nm〜395nmの範囲内にある波長の紫外線のみに暴露することからなるステップを含む、塩素化水(15)処理方法。
- 前記所定容積の塩素化水(15)を前記紫外線に暴露するステップを含むのと同時に、前記所定容積の水(15)を少なくとも60℃に等しい温度まで加熱することからなるステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 所定容積を紫外線に暴露する前記ステップを、処理される水(15)1リットル当たり少なくとも5.5Whの光エネルギーを供給するのに十分な時間をかけて実行している、請求項10から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
