- 前記光学機能性フィルムは、偏光フィルムを含む、請求項15に記載の光学機能性薄層。
- 前記光学機能性フィルムは、ポリビニルアルコールを含む、請求項15に記載の光学機能性薄層。
- 前記架橋型ポリウレタン−ウレア接着剤は、
少なくとも2つの異なるポリオールと、脂肪族イソシアネートとを含む混合物から形成された、反応性プレポリマー組成物;
鎖延長剤;
架橋剤
を含む組成物から形成され;前記ポリウレタン−ウレアは、in−situでイソシアネート基と水との間の反応から形成される、請求項15に記載の光学機能性薄層。 - 前記架橋型ポリウレタン−ウレア接着剤は、
式A:
(式中、「n」は、3から6までの整数に等しいかまたはそれらの組合せであり;「X」は、式Aの分子量をおよそ500〜2500ダルトンに等しいものとする整数である);および
式B:
(式中、「R1」および「R2」は、水素またはアルキル基であり;「p」は、1から3までの整数であり;「M」は、式(CH2)yを有し、「y」は、1〜5からの整数であり;「z」は、式Bの分子量を500〜2500ダルトンに等しいものとする整数である)
を含む組成物から形成される、請求項15に記載の光学機能性薄層。 - 前記架橋型ポリウレタン−ウレア接着剤は、フォトクロミック染料を含む、請求項15に記載の光学機能性薄層。
- ポリカーボネートポリオールとポリエーテルポリオールと脂肪族イソシアネートとを含む組成物から、イソシアネート終結型プレポリマーを形成すること;
ポリカーボネートポリオールとポリエーテルポリオールと脂肪族イソシアネートと水とを含む組成物から、ヒドロキシル終結型プレポリマーを形成すること;および
前記イソシアネート終結型プレポリマーとヒドロキシ終結型プレポリマーと架橋剤とを相互に反応させること
を含む、光学接着剤を形成するための方法。 - ポリカーボネートポリオールとポリエーテルポリオールと脂肪族イソシアネートとを含む組成物からイソシアネート終結型プレポリマーを形成することは、
式A:

式B:

- 前記イソシアネート終結型プレポリマーとヒドロキシ終結型プレポリマーと架橋剤とを相互に反応させることは、フォトクロミック染料を前記反応組成物と混和することをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記イソシアネート終結型プレポリマーとヒドロキシ終結型プレポリマーと架橋剤とを相互に反応させることは、静的着色剤、エレクトロクロム、紫外線吸収材、青色光遮断材、赤外光遮断材、光安定化剤、および抗酸化剤からなる群から選択される添加物を混和することをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
