Claims (6)
- コイルの内巻部を含むコイルの一面から前記コイルの中心点を通過する直線のレーザーを照射するレーザー発生器と、
前記レーザー発生器のレーザーに沿って移動し、前記コイルの中心点を基準に、前記コイルの一面から前記コイルの一面の反対側である他面までの内巻部の画像を獲得するカメラと、
前記カメラが獲得した画像に基づいて、前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの一面のコイル先端の距離、及び前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの他面のコイル先端の距離を計算して、前記コイルのキンク(kink)量を測定する測定器と、
を含む、コイルのキンク測定装置。 - 前記コイルの他面に光を照射する照明をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコイルのキンク測定装置。
- 前記測定器は、下記数式に基づいて、前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの一面のコイル先端の距離、及び前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの他面のコイル先端の距離を計算して、前記コイルのキンク(kink)を測定する、請求項1に記載のコイルのキンク測定装置。
- レーザー発生器が、コイルの内巻部を含むコイルの一面から前記コイルの中心点を通過する直線のレーザーを照射し、カメラが、前記レーザー発生器のレーザーに沿って移動し、前記コイルの中心点を基準に、前記コイルの一面から前記コイルの一面の反対側である他面までの内巻部の画像を獲得する段階と、
測定器が、前記カメラが獲得した画像に基づいて、前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの一面のコイル先端の距離、及び前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの他面のコイル先端の距離を計算して、前記コイルのキンク(kink)量を測定する段階と、
を含む、コイルのキンク測定方法。 - 前記画像を獲得する段階は、照明が、前記コイルの他面に対して光を照射する、請求項4に記載のコイルのキンク測定方法。
- 前記コイルのキンク量を測定する段階は、前記測定器が、下記数式に基づいて、前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの一面のコイル先端の距離、及び前記コイルの中心点から前記コイルの他面のコイル先端の距離を計算して、前記コイルのキンク(kink)を測定する、請求項4に記載のコイルのキンク測定方法。
