Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 接着剤の発泡方法であって、
接着剤を供給貯蔵タンクからポンプに供給するステップと、
前記ポンプから出力された前記接着剤を接着剤流量計経由で搬送するステップと、
接着剤が前記接着剤流量計を通過した後、接着剤に空気を注入するステップと、
前記接着剤と空気との混合物を静的ミキサに供給するステップと、
前記静的ミキサで混合物を混合し1μmから500μmの間のサイズの気泡を有する発泡接着剤が生成されるようにするステップと、
前記発泡接着剤を製品貯蔵タンクに輸送するステップと、
を含む、接着剤の発泡方法。 - 前記静的ミキサは、非螺旋型である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記静的ミキサは、波形板タイプのものである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記静的ミキサは、Xグリッドタイプのものである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記静的ミキサは、斜角タイプのものである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプは、容積式ポンプである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプは、圧縮空気または電気により動作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空気が接着剤に注入される際、その空気圧が5psiから10000psiの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空気が接着剤に注入される際、その空気圧が50psiから1000psiの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空気は、空気注入ポート経由で接着剤に注入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気泡のサイズが、15μmから150μmの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤と空気を混合して発泡接着剤を生成する発泡接着剤システムであって、
内部に接着剤を貯蔵する供給貯蔵タンクと、
第1の接続導管経由で前記貯蔵タンクに接続され、かつ、前記供給貯蔵タンクから受け取った接着剤を第2の接続導管に出力するポンプと、
内部に空気を貯蔵するとともに、前記第2の接続導管に接続され、空気注入ポート経由で空気を接着剤に注入する、空気供給ストレージと、
前記接着剤と空気との混合物を受け取るために前記第2の接続導管に接続された静的ミキサであって、前記混合物を均一に混合して発泡接着剤を生成するように構成されている、静的ミキサと、
を備える、発泡接着剤システム。 - 前記静的ミキサは、非螺旋型である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記静的ミキサは、波形板タイプのものである、請求項13に記載の発泡接着剤システム。
- 前記静的ミキサは、Xグリッドタイプのものである、請求項13に記載の発泡接着剤システム。
- 前記静的ミキサは、斜角タイプのものである、請求項13に記載の発泡接着剤システム。
- 前記ポンプは、前記ポンプが容積式ポンプである、請求項12に記載の発泡接着剤システム。
- さらに、
前記ポンプのすぐ下流に設けられ、ポンプによって引き起こされる脈動および圧力変動を最小化して接着剤の円滑な流れを確保する脈動ダンプナを備える、
請求項12に記載の発泡接着剤システム。 - さらに、
前記ポンプと静的ミキサとの間に位置し前記第2の接続導管を通過する接着剤の流れの流速および量を計測する接着剤流量計を備える、
請求項12に記載の発泡接着剤システム。 - さらに、
前記発泡接着剤を保存する製品貯蔵タンクを備える、
請求項12に記載の発泡接着剤システム。 - さらに、
前記ポンプと前記接着剤流量計との間、および、静的ミキサと製品貯蔵タンクとの間にそれぞれ位置する、第1および第2の圧力変換器を備える、
請求項12に記載の発泡接着剤システム。
