Claims (15)
- 複数の粒子を、特に主に水平方向に送り込むためのコンベアベルト(12)と、
前記コンベアベルト(12)の下流に配置され、重力により前記粒子を下方に落下させるための落下溝(14)と、
前記コンベアベルト(12)の下流に配置され、前記コンベアベルト(12)を離れる前記粒子の移動の水平方向の部分を止めるための少なくとも1つのフラップ(16)とを備え、
前記フラップ(16)は、水平方向に整列した前記粒子の運動エネルギーの少なくとも一部を、特にその大半を消失させるために水平方向において弾性がある、弾性粒子を視覚的に検査するための検査装置。 - 前記フラップ(16)に対する前記粒子の非弾性衝突の分量は、前記フラップ(16)に対する前記粒子の弾性衝突の分量を上回る、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記フラップ(16)は、鋼よりも高い弾性を有する弾性材料から作製され、前記フラップ(16)は特に、張力がかけられたシート材料を含み、特に、織物に提供されるゴム材料および/またはプラスチック材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記フラップ(16)および/または前記落下溝(14)の内面は、非付着性材料および/または弾性材料、特にシリコンワニスを含むコーティングで被覆される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記落下溝(14)の中で前記粒子の色および/またはサイズを検出するための検出システム(24)が設けられ、前記検出システム(24)は、前記粒子を片側のみから検査するように適合されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記落下溝(14)の溝壁(26)の少なくとも一部は、前記検出システム(24)から提供される検査光(20)に対して反射性があり、前記反射性の溝壁(26)は、前記落下溝(14)への前記検査光(20)の入口に対向するように設けられる、請求項5に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検出システム(24)から提供される前記検査光(20)は、放出開口を通って光生成器(22)を出て行き、前記放出開口と前記落下溝(14)への入口との間の前記検査光(20)の光路は、前記放出開口への粒子の侵入を阻止するためのダストシールド(36)によって少なくとも部分的に覆われる、請求項5および6に記載の検査装置。
- 粒子を偏向させるための保護偏向手段(30)、特にエアガンが、前記放出開口と前記ダストシールド(36)との間に設けられる、請求項7に記載の検査装置。
- 少なくとも1つの収集容器(28、34)が前記落下溝(14)の下流に設けられ、前記収集容器(28、34)の最大充填レベルと前記収集容器(28、34)の上縁との間の距離は、前記落下溝(14)の全高の距離を落下し前記最大充填レベルまで到達した後、前記最大充填レベルにおける粒子の配置から跳ね返る粒子の最大の高さより大きい、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 前記最大充填レベルと前記上縁との間の前記収集容器(28、34)の少なくとも一部は、垂直方向に対して傾斜される、請求項9に記載の検査装置。
- 前記コンベアベルト(12)は、前記コンベアベルト(12)上で前記粒子を揺するための振動ユニットを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 大きすぎる粒子を分離するための選り分けグリットが設けられ、特に、前記選り分けグリットは、前記コンベアベルト(12)の上流に配置される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置(24)に弾性粒子が送り込まれ、
前記弾性粒子の形状および/または色が前記落下溝(14)の内部で検査され、
一セットの所定のパラメータの範囲内にある、または前記所定のパラメータの範囲外の形状および/または色の粒子は、前記粒子の落下経路からこれら粒子を偏向させることによって選り分けられる、弾性粒子を検査するための方法。 - 前記粒子は、ブチルゴムで作製され、特にハロゲン化ブチルゴムで作製される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、DIN ISO 7619-1に従って23℃で40≦h≦85のショアAの硬度hを有する、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
