Abstract
Description
i)Mg/Al混合酸化物前駆体の水性懸濁液を調製する工程と、
ii)セリウム塩の水溶液を調製する工程と、
iii)セリウム塩以外の1つ以上の希土類元素の塩(類)の水溶液を調製する工程と、
iv)少なくとも工程i)の水性懸濁液を、工程ii)の水溶液および工程iii)の水溶液と任意の順番で混ぜ合わせて、水性混合物を形成する工程と、
v)水性混合物を乾燥させて、粉末などの乾燥した粒子状物質を形成する工程と、
vi)乾燥した粒子状物質をか焼する工程と、を含み、
セリウム以外の1つ以上の希土類元素の塩(類)の含有量は、
−工程ii)の水溶液由来のセリウム塩と、
−工程iii)の水溶液由来のセリウム塩以外の希土類元素の塩(類)と、の合計に対して5〜50重量%の間、好ましくは10重量%〜35重量%の間であり、
塩のそれぞれはそれらの酸化物として算出される、担体物質組成物を調製する方法が提供される。
i)Mg/Al混合酸化物を含む第1の相と、
ii)セリウム系酸化物、および酸化セリウム以外の少なくとも1つの希土類元素系酸化物を含む第2の相と、を含み、
第1の相の含有量は担体物質組成物全体の少なくとも50重量%であり、第1の相におけるMgの量は1〜40重量%の間であり、第1の相の重量を基準にMgOとして算出され、MgOおよびAl2O3として算出される、担体物質組成物が提供される。第2の相は固溶体であることが好ましい。本発明の第3の態様の担体物質組成物は、例えば本発明の第1の態様により得ることができる。
i)Mg/Al混合酸化物を含む第1の相と、
ii)セリウム系酸化物、および酸化セリウム以外の希土類元素(類)系酸化物を含む第2の相と、を含み、
第1の相の含有量は担体物質組成物全体の少なくとも50重量%であり、第1の相におけるMgの量は1〜40重量%の間であり、第1の相の重量を基準にMgOとして算出され、MgOおよびAl2O3として算出される、担体物質組成物が提供される。Mg/Al混合酸化物は、スピネル(MgAl2O4)、アルミナ、およびMgO、好ましくはスピネル(MgAl2O4)およびアルミナを含み得る。
担体物質組成物の少なくとも50重量%が、スピネルMgAl2O4、アルミナ、およびMgO、好ましくはスピネル(MgAl2O4)、およびアルミナを含み得る、第1の相からなる。
第2の相は、セリウム以外の1つ以上の希土類元素(類)系酸化物との、セリウム系酸化物の固溶体であることが好ましい。セリウム以外の希土類元素(類)酸化物としては、La、Pr、Nd、Yまたはそれらの組み合わせが挙げられる。第2の相における酸化セリウム以外の希土類元素(類)酸化物の含有量は5〜50重量%の間、好ましくは10〜35重量%の間であり、第2の相全体に対してセリウム以外の希土類元素(類)酸化物として算出される。
溶液は、微量成分(溶質)が主要成分(溶媒)内で均一に分布した液体混合物を意味する。溶媒および溶質は、1つの相を形成する。水溶液は、溶媒として水、好ましくは溶液中に含まれるすべての液体成分に対して少なくとも50重量%の水を含む溶液である。
NOx貯蔵容量を測定する前に、サンプルを空気雰囲気下950℃で3時間処理した。
混合Mg/Al酸化物前駆体(Pural MG20、MgO含有量20重量%)の水性懸濁液を、酢酸セリウム溶液と混合した。噴霧乾燥後、得られた粉末を950℃で3時間か焼して、酸化セリウムがドープされた均質なMg/Al混合酸化物を得た。
混合Mg/Al酸化物前駆体(Pural MG20、MgO含有量20重量%)の水性懸濁液を、酢酸セリウムと酢酸ランタンとを予め混合した溶液と混合した。噴霧乾燥後、得られた粉末を950℃で3時間か焼して、酸化セリウム/ランタンがドープされた均質なMg/Al混合酸化物を得た。
実施例1と同じ手順を用いたが、酢酸ランタンではなく、酢酸Ndを酢酸セリウムと予め混合した。
実施例1と同じ手順を用いたが、酢酸ランタンではなく、酢酸Yを酢酸セリウムと予め混合した。
混合Mg/Al酸化物前駆体(Pural MG20、MgO含有量20重量%)の水性懸濁液を、酢酸セリウム溶液と混合した。噴霧乾燥後、得られた粉末を950℃で3時間か焼した。
混合Mg/Al酸化物前駆体(Pural MG20、MgO含有量20重量%)の水性懸濁液を、酢酸セリウムと酢酸ランタンとを混合した溶液と混合した。噴霧乾燥後、得られた粉末を950℃で3時間か焼した。
実施例4と同じ手順を用いたが、酢酸ランタンではなく、酢酸Prを酢酸セリウムと予め混合した。

Claims (16)
- 以下の工程:
i)Mg/Al混合酸化物前駆体の水性懸濁液を調製する工程と、
ii)セリウム塩の水溶液を調製する工程と、
iii)セリウム塩以外の1つ以上の希土類元素酸化物塩(類)の水溶液を調製する工程と、
iv)少なくとも工程i)における前記水性懸濁液を、工程ii)における前記水溶液および工程iii)の前記水溶液と任意の順番で混ぜ合わせて、水性混合物を形成する工程と、
v)前記水性混合物を乾燥させて、乾燥した粒子状物質を形成する工程と、
vi)前記乾燥した粒子状物質をか焼する工程と、を含む、担体物質組成物を調製する方法であって、
セリウム以外の前記1つ以上の希土類元素の塩(類)の含有量は、
−工程ii)の前記水溶液由来の前記セリウム塩と、
−工程iii)の前記水溶液由来のセリウム塩以外の前記希土類元素の塩(類)と、の合計に対して5〜50重量%の間、好ましくは10重量%〜35重量%の間であり、
前記塩のそれぞれはそれらの酸化物として算出される、方法。 - 前記Mg/Al混合酸化物前駆体が、ハイドロタルサイト、ベーマイト、および水の混合物を形成する、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウムの対応するアルコキシドの混合物を加水分解することにより調製される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セリウム塩が、硝酸セリウム、硝酸アンモニウムセリウム、硫酸セリウム、炭酸セリウムおよび酢酸セリウム、好ましくは酢酸セリウムの1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- セリウム塩以外の前記希土類元素の塩(類)が、La、Pr、Nd、Y、Smまたはそれらの混合物の塩を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記希土類元素の塩(類)が、La、Pr、Nd、Yまたはそれらの混合物の酢酸塩である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程ii)および工程iii)の前記溶液が最初に混ぜ合わされ、次いで工程i)の前記懸濁液と混ぜ合わされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液と前記溶液との混合物が噴霧乾燥されて、粒子状物質、好ましくは粉末を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記担体物質組成物を得るために、前記粒子状物質が、500℃〜1100℃の間、好ましくは800℃〜1000℃の間の温度で、30分〜5時間の間にわたってか焼される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って調製される、担体物質組成物。
- 2つの相:
i)Mg/Al混合酸化物を含む第1の相と、
ii)セリウム系酸化物、および酸化セリウム以外の希土類元素(類)系酸化物を含む第2の相と、
を含む担体物質組成物であって、
前記第1の相の含有量は前記担体物質組成物全体の少なくとも50重量%であり、前記第1の相におけるMgの量は1〜40重量%の間であり、前記第1の相の重量を基準にMgOとして算出され、MgOおよびAl2O3として算出される、担体物質組成物。 - 50m2/g超、およびより好ましくは80m2/g超のBET表面積を含む、請求項9または10に記載の担体物質組成物。
- 0.1〜1.5ml/gの間、より好ましくは0.4〜1.0ml/gの間の細孔容積を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の担体物質組成物。
- 500ppm未満のNa2O、より好ましくは100ppm未満のNa2Oを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の担体物質組成物。
- 前記第2の相が固溶体である、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の担体物質組成物。
- 前記第2の相における酸化セリウム以外の前記希土類元素(類)酸化物の含有量が5〜50重量%の間、好ましくは10〜35重量%の間であり、前記第2の相全体に対してセリウム以外の前記希土類元素(類)酸化物として算出される、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の担体物質組成物。
- NOx含有量を減少させるための排気ガス処理用の触媒内における窒素酸化物貯蔵成分としての、請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載の担体物質組成物の使用。
