[概要]

b)前記担体の表面に担持された触媒量の銀と、
を含むエチレンのエポキシ化用の触媒に向けられる。

a)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在の状態で、アルミナ粒子、水、及び消失性有機結合剤を含む組成物を調製する工程と、
b)組成物を構造体に成形する工程と、
c)前記構造体を消失性有機結合剤を気化し、かつ、多孔質構造体を形成するように加熱する工程と、
d)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される前記多孔質アルミナ体を生成するように1000℃以上の温度で多孔質構造体を焼結する工程と、
を含み、
前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が(担体の重量で)0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在(すなわち、0.6wt%未満の量)を含む担体の製造方法に向けられる。
エチレンをエチレンオキシドに酸化的変換するのに有効な触媒の製造方法であって、
(i)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される多孔質アルミナ体を含む担体であって、前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が(担体の重量で)0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在(すなわち、0.6wt%未満の量)を含む担体を供給する工程と、
(ii)前記担体の表面に触媒有効量の銀を担持する工程と、
を含む触媒の製造方法に向けられる。
酸素が存在する状態でエチレンをエチレンオキサイドに気相変換するためのエチレンオキサイドの製造方法であって、
触媒が存在する状態でエチレンと酸素とを含む反応混合物を反応させる工程を含み、
前記触媒は、
a)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される多孔質アルミナ体を含む担体であって、前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が(担体の重量で)0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在(すなわち、0.6wt%未満の量)を含む担体と、
b)前記担体の表面の触媒量の銀と、
を含むエチレンオキサイドの製造方法に向けられる。

・シュウ酸:426.5重量部
・エチレンジアミン:543.6重量部
・脱イオン水:695.5重量部
[表1]製剤中にSiO2を持つ担体の表面積及び吸水率の特性並びに担体焼結熱負荷。
[表2]担体中のSiO2含有率(誘導結合プラズマ(ICP)発光分光分析装置によりSi含有率を測定した後、当該Si含有率からSiO2含有率に換算)
[表3]担体で作られた触媒の選択性及び実行開始活性並びに安定性。

前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が(担体の重量で)0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在(すなわち、0.6wt%未満の量)を含むエチレンのエポキシ化触媒用の担体に向けられる。

b)組成物を構造体に成形する工程と、
c)前記構造体を消失性有機結合剤を気化し、かつ、多孔質構造体を形成するように加熱する工程と、
d)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される前記多孔質アルミナ体を生成するように1000℃以上の温度で多孔質構造体を焼結する工程と、
を含み、
前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が(担体の重量で)0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在(すなわち、0.6wt%未満の量)を含む担体の製造方法に向けられる。
エチレンをエチレンオキシドに酸化的変換するのに有効な触媒の製造方法であって、

Claims (32)
- 担体は、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される多孔質アルミナ体を含み、
前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在を含む、
エチレンのエポキシ化触媒用の担体。 - 前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.1wt%未満の量に対応する、
請求項1記載の担体。 - 前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.05wt%以下の量に対応する、
請求項1記載の担体。 - 前記アルミナは、他のタイプのアルミナが実質的に不存在のα−アルミナである、
請求項1記載の担体。 - 前記ケイ素含有種は、0.5wt%未満の量である、
請求項1記載の担体。 - a)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される多孔質アルミナ体を含む担体であって、前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在を含む担体と、
b)前記担体の表面に担持された触媒量の銀と、
を含むエチレンのエポキシ化用の触媒。 - 前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.1wt%未満の量に対応する、

a)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在の状態で、アルミナ粒子、水、及び消失性有機結合剤を含む組成物を調製する工程と、
b)組成物を構造体に成形する工程と、
c)前記構造体を、消失性有機結合剤を気化し、かつ、多孔質構造体を形成するように加熱する工程と、
d)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される前記多孔質アルミナ体を生成するように1000℃以上の温度で多孔質構造体を焼結する工程と、
を含み、
前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在を含む、
担体の製造方法。 - 前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.1wt%未満の量に対応する、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - 前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.05wt%以下の量に対応する、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - 前記アルミナは、他のタイプのアルミナが実質的に不存在のα−アルミナである、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - 前記ケイ素含有種は、0.5wt%未満の量である、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - 前記焼結する工程では、焼結温度が1500℃以上かつ1650℃以下である、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - 前記焼結する工程では、焼結時間が10分間以上かつ10時間以下である、
請求項15記載の担体の製造方法。 - エチレンをエチレンオキシドに酸化的変換するのに有効な触媒の製造方法であって、
(i)アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在のアルミナの焼結粒子から構成される多孔質アルミナ体を含む担体であって、前記無機結合剤種が実質的に不存在とは、アルミナ以外の無機結合剤種が0.6wt%未満の量に対応しており、少なくともケイ素含有種が実質的に不存在を含む担体を供給する工程と、
(ii)前記担体の表面に触媒有効量の銀を担持する工程と、
を含む触媒の製造方法。 - 前記担体の表面に1種以上の無機種を担持させる工程をさらに含み、
前記触媒の1つ以上の無機種は、前記触媒の触媒エポキシ化活性を促進する、
