Description
Claims (16)
- エンジンによって生み出された運動を、オートバイの正中面に対して垂直でありかつ互いに平行なクランクシャフト(2)とハブ・シャフトとの間で駆動輪に伝達するために、前記オートバイに搭載して使用される高性能同期変速機(1)であって、1次ギアホイール(60)を備えた、機械的ギアボックスの1次シャフト(51)と、ハブ・シャフト(75)に前記運動を伝達するための1つ以上の2次シャフトを備えた1対の2次ギアホイール(52、53)と、を有し、前記1次シャフト(51)が、前記クランクシャフト(2)に連結された駆動プーリ(13)による前記運動を受け取る被動プーリ(17)を介して前記運動を受け取り、前記1次シャフトには入力クラッチ(40)が提供される、高性能同期変速機(1)。
- 前記入力クラッチ(40)が、クラッチ・レバー(47)によって制御され、前記クラッチ・レバー(47)は、前記クラッチ・レバー(47)の近位端部(125)に対して作用する回転カム機構を用いて作動される、請求項1に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記駆動プーリ(13)、前記被動プーリ(17)、およびベルト(18)が歯付きである、請求項1に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記入力クラッチ(40)が、ディスク・タイプのクラッチであり、前記被動プーリ(17)に連結されたクラッチ・ハウジング(41)を備える、請求項1に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記ディスク・クラッチが、プリロード・クラッチばね(46)がそこに対して作用するディスク押圧要素(45)を備え、前記ディスク押圧要素(45)は、軸受(49)に組み付けられた作動ボタン(48)を有し、前記軸受(49)により、前記作動ボタン(48)が前記ディスク押圧要素(45)の回転から解放され、前記クラッチ・レバー(47)が、前記作動ボタン(48)に対して作用し、前記クラッチ・レバー(47)は、前記クラッチ(40)のドラッグ荷重を定める前記クラッチばね(46)の荷重に対抗することによって前記入力クラッチ(40)の係合解除を決定する、請求項4に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記クラッチ・レバー(47)が、前記変速機(1)の固定部分に連結された支点(27)を有する、請求項1に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 電気モータ(81)を有するアクチュエータ(80)を備え、前記電気モータ(81)は、アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)を回転させ、前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)は、1組のカム(86)に対して作用して、ギアホイール・シフトの1次シャフト(51)において入力クラッチ(40)に対して作用するクラッチ・レバー(47)を、係合されるギアホイールと同期するように作動させる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 同じアクチュエータ・シャフト(85)が、デスモドロミック・ドラム(70)の回転を制御して1対の可動連結部(67、68)の偏移を決定し、前記1対の可動連結部(67、68)のそれぞれは、動作中のギアホイールを係合解除して後のギアホイールまたは前のギアホイールを係合させることにより、前記1次シャフト(51)から選択的に前記運動を受け取るギアボックスの各2次ギアホイール(52、53)に対して作用する、請求項7に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)の軸が、前記1次シャフト(51)に対して平行である、請求項7に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記カム・セット(86)が、
前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)のアクチュエータ・ピニオン(84)に隣り合って配置されるカム・ディスク(88)の周辺部に形成された第1のカム(87)と、
やはりディスク(126)を備え、前記ディスク(126)上にカム・フォロア・プロファイルが形成されるカム・フォロア(89)と、
を備える、請求項7に記載の同期変速機(1)。 - 前記カム・ディスク(88)が、半径方向および軸方向に固定され、前記カム・フォロア(89)が、前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(5)とともに回転し、前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)上で軸方向に並進する、請求項10に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記カム・フォロア(89)が、前記アクチュエータ・シャフト(85)の上に配置されたブッシング(123)を有し、前記ブッシング(123)は、回転という観点ではそこに拘束されているが、プリズム状の連結部があることにより軸方向に動くことができる、請求項11に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記カム(87)のカム・プロファイルが、それぞれが90°だけ間隔をあけて配置された4つの頂部および4つの谷部を有し、前記谷部が、第1の速度から第4の速度までの各速度に対応し、前記頂部が、代わりにアイドル位置(F)に対応する、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記回転カム・フォロア(89)に追加のカム(128)が形成され、前記カム・フォロア(89)およびこうした追加のカム(128)が、2つの別個のレバー、すなわち前記クランクシャフトに配置される遠心クラッチ(5)に対して作用する第1の制御レバー(20)および前記クラッチ・レバー(47)の端部を駆動させるものであり、前記カム・フォロア(89)が、前記第2のアクチュエータ・シャフト(85)の拡張部に相当するが前記カム(87)と前記カム・フォロア(89)の相互作用に応じて交互になる運動で動くことができる作動凸部(127)を有し、前記作動凸部(127)が、各ギアホイール・シフトに際して前記クラッチ・レバー(47)を揺り動かすことにより、前記クラッチ・レバー(47)の作動端部(125)に直接的に作用する、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前記追加のカム(128)が、前記第1の速度の係合に対応する凸部を有するカム・プロファイルを備え、前記カム・プロファイルは、前記第1の速度においてのみ前記制御レバー(20)を作動させることにより、前記制御レバー(20)の作動端部(124)に対して作用して、前記クランクシャフト(2)の遠心クラッチ(5)が除外されることを防止する、請求項14に記載の同期変速機(1)。
- 前輪(103)から後方駆動輪(105)へと延在するシャシー(102)の内側でサドル(101)の下の位置に配置された推進ユニット(106)と、前記推進ユニット(106)と前記後輪(105)の間にあり、前記オートバイ(100)の露出面ではカバー(110)によって囲まれたコンテナ(109)によって受けられる、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の変速機とを備える、オートバイ(100)。
