Abstract
Description
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、10重量%以下、好ましくは5重量%以下、優先的には2重量%以下の含有量のノルマルパラフィン、及び/又は
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、1重量%以下、好ましくは0.5重量%以下、優先的には100重量ppm以下の含有量のナフテン系化合物、及び/又は
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、500重量ppm以下、好ましくは300重量ppm以下、優先的には100重量ppm以下、より優先的には50重量ppm以下、有利には20重量ppm以下の含有量の芳香族化合物、を含む。
−植物油、炭化水素油、植物性バター、脂肪族アルコール及びエーテル、油性のエステル及びアルカン、並びにシリコーンオイルの中から選択される少なくとも1種の脂肪性物質、並びに/又は
−少なくとも1種の添加剤、を含む。
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、90重量%〜100重量%の含有量のイソパラフィンと、0重量%〜10重量%の含有量のノルマルパラフィンとを含み、90重量%以上の含有量の生体由来の炭素を有する炭化水素油を、上記組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも50重量%と、
−第四級アンモニウム型又はイソチアゾリノン型の少なくとも1種の化合物と、を含む組成物を目的とする。
本発明により使用される炭化水素油は、炭化水素油の総重量に対し、好ましくは90重量%以上、優先的には95重量%以上、有利には98重量%以上の含有量のイソパラフィン系化合物を含む。
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、15個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィン及び16個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィンを合計で80重量%〜98重量%の範囲の量で、又は
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、16個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィン、17個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィン、及び18個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィンを合計で80重量%〜98重量%の範囲の量で、又は
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、17個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィン、及び18個の炭素原子を有するイソパラフィンを合計で80重量%〜98重量%の範囲の量で含む。
炭化水素油の係る組成物を以下の方法で得ることができる。本発明により使用される炭化水素油は、バイオマスの変換に由来する炭化水素留分である。
−圧力:50bar〜160bar、好ましくは80bar〜150bar、より優先的には90bar〜120bar;
−温度:80℃〜180℃、好ましくは120℃〜160℃、より優先的には150℃〜160℃;
−液空間速度(LHSV:Liquid Hourly Space velocity):0.2時間−1〜5時間−1、好ましくは0.4時間−1〜3時間−1、より優先的には0.5時間−1〜0.8時間−1;
−水素による処理速度:上に言及される条件に適合され、処理される供給原料1トン当たり最大200Nm3の範囲まで可能である。
炭化水素油は良好なアンチエイジング剤であることが示されている。実際、炭化水素油は、特にその抗酸化及び/又は抗ラジカルの作用により老化を遅らせることができる。炭化水素油は、老化、特に皮膚の老化と戦う、並びに/又はしわの形成を予防する及び/若しくは遅らせる、並びに/又は既存のしわを軽減する、並びに/又は皮膚を引き締める、並びに/又は毛髪を強くすることを可能とする。
また、本発明は、本発明に定義される炭化水素油又は本発明に定義される化粧用若しくは皮膚用の組成物を、塗布する、好ましくは広げることによって塗布する、少なくとも1つの工程を含む、皮膚又は毛髪のアンチエイジング美容処理の方法に関する。
最後に、本発明は:
−炭化水素油の総重量に対して、90重量%〜100重量%の含有量のイソパラフィン、0重量%〜10重量%の含有量のノルマルパラフィンを含み、90%以上の含有量の生体由来の炭素を有する炭化水素油を、組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも50重量%と、
−第四級アンモニウム型又はイソチアゾリノン型の少なくとも1種の化合物と、を含む組成物に関する。
本明細書の残りの部分では、本発明の情報のため実施例を挙げるが、いかなる場合も本発明の範囲を限定することを目的とするものではない。
表1は、評価された様々な炭化水素油の物理化学的特性を分類する。油A及び油Bは、本発明により使用される炭化水素油である。
−引火点:EN ISO 2719
−15℃の密度:EN ISO 1185
−40℃での粘度:EN ISO 3104
−アニリン点:EN ISO 2977
−沸点:ASTM D86
−生物分解性:OECD法306
−20℃の屈折率:ASTM D 1218
−蒸気圧:当業者によく知られている方法に従って計算した。
試験品の作製:
−マイクロプレートの作製:油A及び油Bとのインキュベーションの24時間前、HaCaT細胞を96ウェルマイクロプレート(コーニング(Corning))に100,000 cells/mlの細胞密度で接種した。次いで、マイクロプレートを37℃のインキュベータに入れる。マイクロプレートにおいて、各条件を少なくとも3回試験した。結果の再現性を検証するため、及び統計分析を行うために、各実験を独立して少なくとも3回行った。
細胞効果を細胞蛍光測定マイクロタイター法(MiFALC試験−Microtitration Fluorimetric Assays on Live Cells)により、接着生細胞を直接評価する。本研究で使用したマイクロプレートリーダはSafire cytometer(Tecan)である。
酸化ストレスは、酸化種(主に活性酸素種)と抗酸化防御機構の間の不均衡に対応する。この不均衡は、炎症、細胞変性等のタイプの有害作用に結びつく。
培養培地(CM)に対するパーセンテージとして表される活性酸素種(ROS)の産生を下記表2に示す。
化粧用組成物で添加剤として使用される防腐剤を評価した。評価した防腐剤はフェノキシエタノール(POE)及びメチルイソチアゾリノン(MIT)である。
2.1.クロマチンの縮合の評価:
この試験のため、HaCat細胞を油A若しくは油B、又はオリーブオイルと共に1時間インキュベートし、次いで、8重量ppmの含有量で存在する塩化ベンザルコニウム(BAC)と共に20分間インキュベートした。クロマチンの縮合を評価するためHOECHST 33342試験を行う。
皮膚を含む多くの組織に存在するP2X7受容体は、炎症及び特にアポトーシスによる細胞死の現象に関与する。
Claims (18)
- 炭化水素油の総重量に対して、90重量%〜100重量%の含有量のイソパラフィンと、0重量%〜10重量%の含有量のノルマルパラフィンと、90%以上の含有量の生体由来の炭素とを有する、炭化水素油のアンチエイジング剤としての使用。
- 皮膚の老化を遅らせるため、並びに/又はしわの形成を予防する及び/若しくは遅らせるため、並びに/又はしわを軽減するため、並びに/又は皮膚を引き締めるため、並びに/又は毛髪を強くするための、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 局所塗布のための、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記炭化水素油が、前記炭化水素油の総重量に対して、90重量%〜100重量%、好ましくは95重量%〜100重量%、優先的には98重量%〜100重量%の範囲の含有量のイソパラフィンを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記炭化水素油が、14個〜18個の炭素原子を含む非環状イソパラフィンの中から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- −前記炭化水素油が、前記炭化水素油の総重量に対して、10重量%以下、好ましくは5重量%以下、優先的には2重量%以下の含有量のノルマルパラフィンを含む、及び/又は
−前記炭化水素油が、前記炭化水素油の総重量に対して、1重量%以下、好ましくは0.5重量%以下、優先的には100重量ppm以下の含有量のナフテン系化合物を含む、及び/又は
−前記炭化水素油が、前記炭化水素油の総重量に対して、500重量ppm以下、好ましくは300重量ppm以下、優先的には100重量ppm以下、より優先的には50重量ppm以下、有利には20重量ppm以下の含有量の芳香族化合物を含む、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 - 前記炭化水素油が、ASTM D86規準に従って230℃〜340℃、好ましくは235℃〜330℃、より優先的には240℃〜325℃の範囲の沸点、及び/又は、EN ISO 2719規準に従って110℃以上の引火点、及び/又は、20℃で0.01kPa以下の蒸気圧を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記炭化水素油が、温度80℃〜180℃、及び圧力50bar〜160barにおいて、脱酸素化及び/又は異性化された生体由来の供給原料の接触水素化によって得られる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記組成物の総重量に対して、好ましくは0.5重量%〜80重量%、優先的には1重量%〜50重量%、有利には5重量%〜30重量%の範囲の量で炭化水素油を含む化粧用又は皮膚用の組成物の形態を、前記炭化水素油が有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記化粧用又は皮膚用の組成物が、植物油、炭化水素油、植物性バター、脂肪族アルコール及びエーテル、油性エステル及びアルカン並びにシリコーンオイル:から選択される少なくとも1種の脂肪性物質、及び/又は少なくとも1種の添加剤を含む、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記化粧用又は皮膚用の組成物が、無水組成物、油中水型エマルジョン(W/O)、水中油型エマルジョン(O/W)若しくは多相エマルジョン(特にW/O/W又はO/W/O)、ナノエマルジョン等のエマルジョン、又は分散液若しくはゲルである、請求項9又は10に記載の使用。
- 皮膚又は毛髪のアンチエイジング美容処理の方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油、又は請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の化粧用若しくは皮膚用の組成物を、塗布する、好ましくは広げることによって塗布する少なくとも1つの工程を含む、方法。
- 皮膚の老化を遅らせるため、並びに/又はしわの形成を予防する及び/若しくは遅らせるため、並びに/又はしわを軽減するため、並びに/又は皮膚を引き締めるため、並びに/又は毛髪を強くするための請求項12に記載の処理の方法。
- 組成物であって、
炭化水素油の総重量に対して、90重量%〜100重量%の含有量のイソパラフィンと、0重量%〜10重量%の含有量のノルマルパラフィンとを含み、90%以上の含有量の生体由来の炭素を有する炭化水素油を、前記組成物の総重量に対して少なくとも50重量%と、
前記第四級アンモニウム型又は前記イソチアゾリノン型の少なくとも1種の化合物と、
を含む、組成物。 - 前記炭化水素油が請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に定義されるものである、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物が第四級アンモニウム型である、請求項14又は15に記載の組成物。
- 前記第四級アンモニウムが、塩化ベンザルコニウム及び塩化ジデシルジメチルアンモニウムの中から、単独で又は混合物で選択される、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 前記化合物が、前記組成物の総重量の0.1重量ppm〜40重量%、好ましくは0.5重量ppm〜30重量%、優先的には1重量ppm〜20重量%、より一層優先的には3重量ppm〜10重量%、理想的には5重量ppm〜1重量%を占める、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
