Claims (37)
- 炭酸化性組成物であって、
ケイ酸カルシウムと、
1つ以上の無機物と、を含み、
前記ケイ酸カルシウムは、CS(珪灰石または擬珪灰石)、C3S2(ランキナイト)、またはC2S(ベライト、ラーナイト、ブリジガイト)の離散的なケイ酸カルシウム相の1つ以上を含み;
前記1つ以上の無機物は、マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム、粉砕ドロマイト、粉砕石灰石、水酸化マグネシウムの懸濁液およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択され、
元素Caおよび元素Siが、約0.5〜約1.5のモル比で前記組成物中に存在し;Al、FeおよびMgの金属酸化物が、前記組成物中に約30質量%以下で存在し、
前記組成物は、約10℃〜約90℃の温度でCO2による炭酸化で約10%以上の質量増加を伴うCaCO3の形成に適している、炭酸化性組成物。 - 前記ケイ酸カルシウムが、全相の約10質量%以上のアモルファスケイ酸カルシウム相をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の無機物が、前記炭酸化性組成物の約0.02重量%〜約20重量%を占める、請求項1または2に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 1つ以上の残留SiO2相および残留CaO相を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 一般式(Ca,Na,K)2[(Mg,Fe2+,Fe3+,Al,Si)3O7]を有する1つ以上のメリライト型相または一般式Ca2(Al,Fe3+)2O5を有する1つ以上のフェライト型相を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 合計酸化物質量で約20%以下のAl、FeおよびMgの金属酸化物を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 前記反応性相が、約50質量%以上で存在する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 分散剤または流動化剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 前記分散剤または前記流動化剤が、ポリカルボキシレート系ポリマーを含む、請求項8に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 着色剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- 前記着色剤が、酸化鉄、酸化コバルトおよび酸化クロムのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項10に記載の炭酸化性組成物。
- コンクリート製品の形成方法であって、
セメントを硬化させてコンクリート製品を形成する前に、1つ以上の無機物を含む混和材料を前記コンクリート混合物に加えることと;
前記セメントを硬化させて、コンクリート製品を形成することと、
を含み、
前記セメントは、炭酸化性ケイ酸カルシウム系セメントであり、
前記無機物は、マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム、塩化マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム、粉砕ドロマイト、粉砕石灰石、水酸化マグネシウムの懸濁液およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、コンクリート製品の形成方法。 - 前記1つ以上の無機物が、前記炭酸化性ケイ酸カルシウム系セメントの約0.02%〜約20%を占める、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記セメントを硬化させてコンクリート製品を形成する前に、前記コンクリート混合物のpHを調節することをさらに含む、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸化性ケイ酸カルシウム系セメントが、ケイ酸カルシウムを含み、
前記ケイ酸カルシウムが、CS(珪灰石または擬珪灰石)、C3S2(ランキナイト)またはC2S(ベライト、ラーナイト、ブリジガイト)の離散的なケイ酸カルシウム相のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ケイ酸カルシウムが、全相の約10質量%以上のアモルファスケイ酸カルシウム相をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記炭酸化性ケイ酸カルシウム系セメントにおいて、元素Caおよび元素Siが、約0.8〜約1.2のモル比で前記組成物中に存在し、
Al、FeおよびMgの金属酸化物が、前記組成物中に約30質量%以下で存在する、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コンクリート混合物が、分散剤または流動化剤をさらに含む、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分散剤または前記流動化剤が、ポリカルボキシレート系ポリマーを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記コンクリート混合物が、着色剤をさらに含む、請求項12〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記着色剤が、酸化鉄、酸化コバルトおよび酸化クロムのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 酸化マグネシウムが、前記炭酸化性組成物の約0.02重量%〜約20重量%を占める、請求項12〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項12〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されたコンクリート製品。
- 方解石−アラゴナイト、アラゴナイト、方解石−アラゴナイト−ドロマイト、方解石−ドロマイト、アラゴナイト−ドロマイトおよびドロマイトから選択される1つ以上のCaCO3相を含む、請求項23に記載のコンクリート製品。
- 方解石−アラゴナイト−ドロマイト、方解石−ドロマイト、アラゴナイト−ドロマイトおよびドロマイトから選択される1つ以上のCaCO3相を含む、請求項24に記載のコンクリート製品。
- 複合材料であって、
複数の結合要素と、
複数のフィラー粒子とを含み、
各結合要素が、
主にケイ酸カルシウムを含むコアと、
シリカリッチな内側層と、
炭酸カルシウムリッチな外側層とを含み、
前記複数の結合要素および前記複数のフィラー粒子が、一緒になって、1つ以上の連鎖針状多形体を形成している、複合材料。 - 前記フィラー粒子が、二酸化ケイ素リッチな材料から作られている、請求項26に記載の複合材料。
- 前記複数のフィラー粒子が、石英、雲母および長石のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項26または27に記載の複合材料。
