Claims (13)

  1. 内腔を画定する管状部材と、
    可撓性のスタイラスと、

    前記非外傷性支持体によって画定される内腔内に摺動可能に配置され、前記エンドエフェクタから遠位方向に前進可能な穿刺部材であって、患者の組織を穿刺するように構成された穿刺部材と、を備える、
    装置。
  2. 前記スタイラスは、該スタイラスの遠位端部分が前記管状部材の中心線から離れた方向を向き、前記管状部材に対して角度を付けるように可撓性を有している、

  3. 前記穿刺部材は、ガイドワイヤを摺動可能に受け入れるように構成された内腔を画定する、
