Description

前記腎盂鏡の作業チャネルを通して挿入可能であり、遠位端に又は遠位端の近くに自己拡張式要素を含むガイドワイヤと、を備えるシステム。
(実施態様2)前記腎盂鏡は、前記カテーテルの内壁に取り付けられる、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(実施態様3)前記カテーテルは、拡張可能な遠位部分を含む、実施態様1又は2に記載のシステム。
(実施態様4)前記カテーテルは、内側管状部分及び外側管状部分を含む迅速結石交換用のセグメントを含み、前記内側管状部分及び前記外側管状部分の各々が、内腔を定めると共に側壁に互いに向かい合って配置された第1の開口及び第2の開口を有し、
該内側管状部分は、該外側管状部分内に摺動可能に配置され、
該外側管状部分の第1の開口及び第2の開口のうちの少なくとも一方が、洗浄又は吸引源に流体的に接続可能である、実施態様1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
(実施態様5)前記迅速結石交換用のセグメントの前記内側管状部分を通して挿入可能なスネアを更に含む、実施態様4に記載のシステム。
(実施態様6)前記スネアは、拡張構成と収縮構成の間で移動可能なバスケット部分を含み、前記迅速結石交換用のセグメントの前記内側管状部分は、該拡張構成にある該バスケット部分の直径よりも小さい直径を定めるフランジを含み、該フランジは、前記迅速結石交換用のセグメントの該内側管状部分の第1の開口及び第2の開口に該バスケット部分を整列させるように配置されている、実施態様5に記載のシステム。
(実施態様7)前記カテーテルは、前記外側管状部分に対して前記内側管状部分を移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータを有するハンドルを更に含む、実施態様5又は6に記載のシステム。
(実施態様8)前記アクチュエータは制御ワイヤである、実施態様7に記載のシステム。
(実施態様9)前記アクチュエータは、前記外側管状部分の第1の開口及び第2の開口のうちの少なくとも一方に流体的に接続された洗浄又は吸引源を制御するように構成されている、実施態様7又は8に記載のシステム。
(実施態様10)前記カテーテルは、拡張器の上に適合するような先細部分を更に含む、実施態様7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
(実施態様11)前記自己拡張式要素は、複数のフォーク状歯を含む、実施態様1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
(実施態様12)前記自己拡張式要素は、拡張して凸面傘形状を形成する、実施態様1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。

Claims (13)
- 吸引又は洗浄源に接続可能な第1のポートと医療デバイスの挿入を可能にする大きさに形成された第2のポートとを備えたY−コネクタを有するチューブと、
前記第2のポートを通して前記チューブの中に少なくとも部分的に挿入可能な腎盂鏡及びカテーテルと、
前記腎盂鏡の作業チャネルを通して挿入可能であり、遠位端に又は遠位端の近くに自己拡張式要素を含むガイドワイヤと、
を備え、
前記カテーテルは、内側管状部分及び外側管状部分を含む結石除去用のセグメントを含み、前記内側管状部分及び前記外側管状部分の各々が、内腔を定めると共に側壁に互いに向かい合って配置された第1の開口及び第2の開口を有し、
該内側管状部分は、前記内側管状部分の前記第1の開口及び第2の開口が前記外側管状部分の前記第1の開口及び第2の開口に位置合わせされるように、該外側管状部分内に摺動可能に配置され、
該外側管状部分の第1の開口及び第2の開口のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記吸引又は洗浄源に流体的に接続されるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記腎盂鏡は、前記チューブの内壁に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブは、拡張可能な遠位部分を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記セグメントの前記内側管状部分を通して挿入可能なスネアを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スネアは、拡張構成と収縮構成の間で移動可能なバスケット部分を含み、
前記セグメントの前記内側管状部分は、該拡張構成にある該バスケット部分の直径よりも小さい直径を定めるフランジを含み、
該フランジは、前記セグメントの該内側管状部分の第1の開口及び第2の開口に該バスケット部分を整列させるように配置されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記チューブは、前記外側管状部分に対して前記内側管状部分を移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータを有するハンドルを更に含む、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
