- 繊維ベース原毛は、より糸または不織材料を形成するために加工可能であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 繊維を配向および交絡させるために、天然繊維ベース原毛をカーディングすることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 繊維ベース原毛を予備糸に加工し、予備糸を糸に紡糸する、または、天然繊維ベース原毛を不織布材料の形に加工することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 中断箇所は、不規則な表面形状、任意であるが、溝または隆起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 精製セルロースフィブリルを含むセルロース懸濁液を表面に向けるように配設されたノズルと、
繊維を形成するために表面上のセルロース懸濁液を乾燥するように配設された乾燥機とを含み、セルロース懸濁液または繊維は、短繊維を形成するために表面上で切断されるように配置される、
天然繊維ベース短繊維を製造するための装置。 - 精製セルロースフィブリルが、植物由来の精製フィブリルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の装置。
- 表面に向けられたセルロース懸濁液が、ノズル出口開口の形状に対応する断面形状、任意であるが、円形または楕円形の断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項19または20に記載の装置。
- 乾燥機が、加熱抵抗器、ラジエータ、気化器または送風機のうちの少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 表面が疎水性の外表面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項19〜22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 乾燥機が、セルロース懸濁液を少なくとも70重量%の乾燥濃度まで乾燥させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項19〜23のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 乾燥機が、セルロース懸濁液を乾燥させ、精製セルロースフィブリル間で化学結合を形成させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項19〜24のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 切断手段を備え、セルロース懸濁液は、表面上で切断手段にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項19〜25のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 切断手段が、表面上の中断箇所、放射線、レーザ、赤外線、熱、超音波、電子ビーム、水または化学薬品のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の装置。
- 中断箇所は、予め定められた間隔で、表面の移動方向に垂直に表面上で整列していることを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の装置。
- 表面上の中断箇所間の予め定められた間隔が、6〜80mm、好ましくは30〜70mmの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 表面が曲面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項19〜29のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 曲面は、0.25〜4mの曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項30に記載の装置。
- 表面は、表面の移動方向に垂直に整列した中断箇所を含むことを特徴とする、請求項27〜29のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 中断箇所は、不規則な表面形状、任意であるが、溝または隆起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項27〜29のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 短繊維を含む繊維ベース原毛を形成するために表面から繊維を抽出するように構成された抽出器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項17〜33のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 繊維ベース原毛は、任意であるが、糸または不織布材料を製造するために加工可能であることを特徴とする、請求項34に記載の装置。
- 表面が、円筒、ワイヤ、またはベルトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19〜35のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造された短繊維を含む繊維ベース原毛であって、短繊維は水素結合により連結された精製セルロースフィブリルからなり、短繊維の無配向の絡まったふわふわしたネットワークを含む、繊維ベース原毛。
- 糸および/または不織材料を形成するために、加工可能であり、カーディング可能であり、および/または紡績可能であることを特徴とする、請求項37に記載の繊維ベース原毛。
- 短繊維が、6〜80mm、好ましくは40〜60mmの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項37または38に記載の繊維ベース原毛。
- 短繊維が1〜20dtexの糸番手を有し、および/または短繊維は、15〜70μmの直径を有し、および/または短繊維は、15〜25cN/texの引張強度を有し、および/または短繊維は、5〜15%の破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする、請求項37〜39のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベース原毛。
- 請求項37〜40のいずれか1項に記載の短繊維ベース原毛から作られ、および/または請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造され、および/または請求項19〜36に記載の装置を使用して製造される繊維糸。
- 糸が、5〜200texの糸番手、および/または5〜15cN/texの引張強度、および/または3〜10%の破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする、請求項31に記載の短繊維ベース原毛で作られた繊維糸。
- 請求項37〜40のいずれか1項に記載の短繊維ベース原毛で作られ、および/または請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造され、および/または請求項19〜36のいずれか1項に記載の装置を使用して製造された不織材料。
- 不織布材料が、10〜100kg/m3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項43に記載の短繊維ベース原毛で作られた不織布材料。
