Claims (12)
- 上昇または下降する昇降バーが設けられた本体と、
前記本体において前記昇降バーの下部に設けられ、内部には吸収体が収容される収容空間が形成された容器部と、
前記昇降バーに連結され、下部には前記収容空間の内部で上昇または下降して前記吸収体を加圧する昇降プレートが設けられ、前記吸収体方向にインクを注入する注入部が形成された作動部と、
前記インクが前記吸収体に拡散される状態を測定する拡散測定部と、
前記本体に設けられ、前記インクが前記吸収体に吸収される状態を測定し、前記インクが前記吸収体に注入された状態で前記吸収体の膨潤強度を測定する制御部とを、備えるSAP評価装置。 - 前記容器部は、上部が開口され、前記作動部が前記収容空間の内部へ上昇または下降するように形成され、透明材質である請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記作動部は、
一側が前記昇降バーの端部に連結され、前記注入部が形成された注入ボディーと、
前記注入ボディーの他側に連結され、底面は前記吸収体に接触する昇降プレートと、を備える請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。 - 前記注入ボディーは、側面に前記インクが注入される注入ホールが形成され、下部には前記注入ホールと連通して前記インクが吐出される注入部が突出する請求項3に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記昇降プレートは前記注入ボディーの側面に連結され、前記注入部が貫通した状態で連結され、底面は前記吸収体に接触する請求項4に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記吸収体を加圧しない状態で前記インクが前記吸収体に吸収された高さを測定した第1測定値を測定し、前記吸収体を加圧した状態で前記インクが前記吸収体に吸収された高さを測定した第2測定値を測定する請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。 - 前記拡散測定部は、前記インクが前記吸収体の内部に拡散される状態を撮影するカメラを備える請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記吸収体の膨潤強度を測定する圧力センサーを備える請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記吸収体は、高吸水性高分子樹脂(SAP:Super Absorbent Polymer)または前記高吸水性高分子樹脂の混合物のSAP複合体である請求項1に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記収容空間に前記高吸水性高分子樹脂が収容された状態で前記インクが前記高吸水性高分子樹脂に吸収される第1高さ値を測定し、
前記収容空間に前記SAP複合体が収容された状態で前記インクが前記SAP複合体に吸収される第2高さ値を測定し、
前記第1高さ値と前記第2高さ値との差が第1設定距離未満であり、前記SAP複合体に対して前記拡散測定部で測定した拡散距離が第2設定距離未満の場合、前記SAP複合体を正常状態であると把握する請求項9に記載のSAP評価装置。 - 前記第1設定距離は、0.7mmである請求項10に記載のSAP評価装置。
- 前記SAP複合体の大きさが、横100mm縦20mmの面積であり、前記インクは1.4gの条件において、前記第2設定距離は3.9cmである請求項11に記載のSAP評価装置。
