Abstract
Description
本特許出願は、2017年1月26日に韓国に出願した特許出願番号第10−2017−0012671号の米国特許法119(a)条(35USC§119(a))に基づいて優先権を主張し、そのすべての内容は、参考文献として本特許出願に併合される。さらに、本特許出願は、米国以外の国でも、前記と同じ理由で優先権を主張し、そのすべての内容は、参考文献として本特許出願に併合される。
Claims (17)
- アンテナ要素が前面に配置されたリフレクターと、
前記リフレクターに離間配置された支持軸、及び、
前記支持軸を中心に前記リフレクターを回動するアンテナリフレクターステアリング機構を含み、
前記アンテナリフレクターステアリング機構は、
前記支持軸に結合し、外周面に扇型ギア部を有する扇型ラックギア(rack gear)と、
前記扇型ラックギアに噛合する衛星ギア(planet gear)と、
一側に位置し、前記支持軸に回転自在につながる少なくとも一つのボス(boss)及び他側に前記リフレクターの背面と結合する固定部が形成されたギアハウジング、及び、
前記ギアハウジングに固定され、前記衛星ギアにつながって前記扇型ラックギアに沿って前記衛星ギアを前記支持軸を中心に公転させる駆動モータ、
を含むことを特徴とするアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記アンテナリフレクターステアリング機構は、
前記リフレクターの高さ方向を基準に上部に1組が設けられ、
下部に1組が設けられて一対を成す請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記扇型ラックギアは、
前記扇型ギア部の両端に突出段を含み、
前記突出段は、前記衛星ギアの離脱を防止する請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記衛星ギアは、
円周面を包む絶縁バンドを含み、
前記絶縁バンドは、前記衛星ギアと前記扇型ラックギアの噛合部の屈曲に沿って変形する柔軟性を有するように形成された請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記絶縁バンドは、
フッ素樹脂、超高分子量ポリエチレンのうちのいずれかの材料からなる請求項4に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記扇型ラックギア及び前記衛星ギアは、
アルミ素材からなり、表面がアノダイジングされた請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記ギアハウジングは、
クレビス(clevis)の形態であり、一側に位置する二つのボス(boss)が前記支持軸に回転自在につながり、前記二つのボスの間に、前記扇型ラックギアが収容される請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記ギアハウジングは、
前記固定部が前記リフレクターの背面に固定されるにおいて、さらに絶縁インサート及び絶縁テープをさらに含んで、電気的に絶縁された状態で固定される請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記ギアハウジングの前記ボスは、
内周面に前記ボスの軸方向に並ぶ3列以上の溝を含み、
前記溝に収容される複数の非導電性材料の軸受ボールを備える請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記軸受ボールは、
ポリマー素材またはセラミック素材のうちのいずれかの材料からなる請求項9に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記軸受ボールは、
前記ギアハウジングが前記支持軸に回動するとき、前記ギアハウジングの回動抵抗を減少させるように、軸方向及び半径方向の軸受の役割を実行するサイズと個数で備えられた請求項9に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記支持軸、
上部軸と、
下部軸、及び、
前記上部軸と前記下部軸との間に配置され、前記上部軸と前記下部軸にカップリングによってつながる中間軸
を含む請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記カップリングは、
前記カップリングにつながる両側の軸を電気的に絶縁する請求項12に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記駆動モータは、
DCモータである請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記駆動モータは、
少なくとも一つのロータリーエンコーダを含み、
RET(remote electric tilt)コントローラによって制御される請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。 - 前記支持軸上に前記支持軸が貫通するボディと、ボディの両脇にて、前記リフレクターの側面に延び、端部が前記リフレクターに固定されたアーム(arm)を含む補助ブラケットをさらに含む請求項1に記載のアンテナアセンブリ。
- 第1項の規定によるアンテナアセンブリを3つ含み、3つのアンテナアセンブリがそれぞれ3分割された円柱のそれぞれの分割されたセクター(sector)に配置される移動通信基地局アンテナ。
