Claims (9)
- バッテリーモジュールにおいて、
複数のバッテリーセルの上部に載置された回路基板;
前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に連結し、前記回路基板に電気的に接続されたバスバー;および
一方向に配列される前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち、対向する両側の終端に位置する一対のエンドプレート;
を含み、
前記回路基板の一終端には前記バッテリーモジュールの外部に露出して外部装置の電気的連結のためのコネクタを含み、
前記一対のエンドプレートのうち少なくとも一つのエンドプレートは金属性材質で形成され、前記コネクタを囲むコネクタ接地部および前記コネクタ接地部と連結される連結部を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記コネクタ接地部および前記連結部は、前記金属性材質で形成されたエンドプレートと同じ材質で形成され、前記金属性材質で形成されたエンドプレートに接地されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルの端側面を覆うように前記一対のエンドプレートに結合される一対のサイドプレート;および
前記エンドプレートおよび前記サイドプレートに結合して前記バスバーおよび回路基板を保護する上部カバー;
をさらに含み、
前記コネクタは前記上部カバーの外部に露出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記コネクタ接地部は、前記コネクタの外部の終端の入口側の縁状に沿って一定の厚さを有して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記一対のエンドプレートと前記一対のサイドプレートは金属性材質で形成され、接地されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部カバーは絶縁性材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーモジュールにおいて、
複数のバッテリーセルの上部に載置された回路基板;
前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に連結し、前記回路基板に電気的に接続されたバスバー;
一方向に配列される前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち、対向する両側の終端に位置する一対のエンドプレート;
前記複数のバッテリーセルの端側面を覆うように前記一対のエンドプレートに結合される一対のサイドプレート;
前記エンドプレートおよび前記サイドプレートに結合して前記バスバーおよび回路基板を保護する上部カバー;および
前記回路基板の一終端には前記バッテリーモジュールの外部に露出して外部装置の電気的連結のためのコネクタ;
を含み、
前記コネクタは入口の外側に形成された金属性のコネクタハウジングを含み、前記コネクタハウジングは前記コネクタの連結ピンのうち接地のための接地ピンに電気的に連結される接地ピン連結部を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記コネクタハウジングの接地ピン連結部に連結されたコネクタの接地ピンは、前記回路基板のパターンを通じて前記バッテリーモジュールの金属性材質と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 一方向に配列される複数のバッテリーセルの両側の終端に位置するバッテリーモジュールのエンドプレートにおいて、
金属性材質で形成され、バッテリーモジュールの一側面に大きさに対応する面積を有するメインプレート;
金属性材質で形成され、前記バッテリーモジュールのコネクタを囲むコネクタ接地部;および
金属性材質で形成され、前記コネクタ接地部と前記メインプレートの間を連結する連結部;
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュールのエンドプレート。
