Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- ガス媒体を排出するためのオイルフリー真空ポンプであって、
シャフト(3)を駆動する電気モータ(4)と、
ポンプ室(10)と吸入口(15)と吐出口(16)とを有するポンプハウジング(1)と、
双方向に駆動し、往復動作経路上で移動可能に前記ポンプ室(10)に収容され、前記往復動作経路の2つの死点において前記吸入口(15)と前記ポンプ室(10)との間の接続部を開放し、前記吸入口(15)と前記ポンプ室(10)との間にある領域と重複する角柱状の変位ピストン(2)と、
前記吐出口(16)を通じて前記ポンプ室(10)の外へガス媒体の流れを排出するとともに、前記ポンプ室(10)への流れをブロックする、少なくとも1つの圧力弁(20)と、
を備え、
前記変位ピストン(2)は、ころ軸受け(31)によって、クランクピン(33)を介して、前記シャフト(3)の駆動力が伝達される長穴部(23)を有する、
オイルフリー真空ポンプ。 - 前記変位ピストン(2)内には、少なくとも1つの前記圧力弁(20)と少なくとも1つの吐出流路(21)とが配置され、前記圧力弁と前記吐出流路とは、前記ポンプハウジングの前記ポンプ室(10)と前記吐出口(16)との間で前記ガス媒体を排出するための連絡部を構成する、請求項1に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記変位ピストン(2)は、一体物として1つの部品で形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 2つの前記圧力弁(20)はそれぞれ、変位面(22)に割り当てられ、前記変位ピストン(2)内に配置されている、請求項2又は3に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記吐出口(16)の領域には、前記変位ピストン(2)内の前記吐出流路(21)の開口部に面する吐出口ポケット(12)が設けられ、前記吐出口ポケット(12)の領域は、前記吐出流路(21)の開口部の往復運動範囲と一致する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(1)の前記吸入口(15)の領域には、前記変位ピストン(2)に面する吸入口ポケット(17)が設けられ、前記吸入口ポケット(17)は、前記変位ピストン(2)が前記往復動作経路の前記2つの死点にあるときに内側にある前記変位面(22)の位置を越えて広がる、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ室(10)の大きさと前記角柱状の変位ピストン(2)の摺動面の大きさとは、前記往復動作経路に対して平行に延びてギャップシールを形成する大きさである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記変位ピストン(2)の周囲に広がる前記ポンプ室(10)との隙間が、50μm未満であるように前記大きさが選択される、請求項8に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記吐出口又は前記吐出口の内部には、ノイズ減衰要素が配置されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記クランクピン(33)は、前記シャフト(3)の自由端部に接続されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記クランクピン(33)は、回転プレート(30)によって前記シャフト(3)の自由端部に接続されている、請求項10に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記シャフト(3)の自由端部には、前記電気モータ(4)のロータ(43)が接続される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記シャフト(3)は、回転部材を複列有する単一のシャフト軸受(31)によって取り付けられる、請求項11〜12のいずれか1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- 前記電気モータ(4)は、前記シャフト軸受(31)及び前記シャフト軸受(31)を受け入れるハウジング部(13)と軸方向に重複するように配置されている、請求項13に記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプ。
- オイルフリー圧縮機として請求項1〜14の少なくとも1つに記載のオイルフリー真空ポンプを使用する方法。
