Claims (10)
- 伝導性液体と非伝導性液体が配置されるキャビティを含む第1プレートと、
前記第1プレート下に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1プレート上に配置される第2電極と、
前記第2電極の上部に配置される第2プレートと、
前記第1電極の下部に配置される第3プレートと、を備え、
前記第2プレートの前記伝導性液体の上部に配置される領域は、第1厚さを有し、光軸を含む第1領域、及び該第1領域から延びており、第2厚さを有する第2領域を含み、前記第1厚さが第2厚さより大きい、液体レンズ。 - 前記第2プレートは、
第3厚さを有し、前記第1プレートと結合される第3領域をさらに含み、
前記第2領域は、前記第1領域と第3領域との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ。 - 前記第3厚さは、前記第2厚さより厚く、前記第1厚さと同一又は厚い、請求項2に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記第3厚さは、前記第2厚さより厚く、前記第1厚さと同一又は小さい、請求項2に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記キャビティの断面積は、前記第3プレートから前記第2プレートに向かうほど大きくなり、前記キャビティの傾斜面は55°〜65°の傾斜度範囲を有する、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記第2プレートは、前記伝導性液体又は前記非伝導性液体のいずれか一つと接す内面と、該内面の反対側である外面を含み、
前記内面及び前記外面の少なくとも一つは屈曲している(uneven)、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ。 - 前記内面及び前記外面の少なくとも一つにおいて、前記第2領域に比べて前記第1領域が突出している、請求項6に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記内面又は前記外面において、前記第1領域と前記第2領域は平ら(even)であり、前記第3領域は前記第1領域よりも突出している、請求項6に記載の液体レンズ。
- 伝導性液体及び非伝導性液体が配置されるキャビティを含む第1プレートと、
前記第1プレート下に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1プレート上に配置される第2電極と、
前記第2電極の上部に配置される第2プレートと、
前記第1電極の下部に配置される第3プレートと、を備え、
前記第2プレートの前記伝導性液体の上部に配置される領域の光軸に平行な方向への厚さは、前記第2プレートの第1プレートと結合される領域の光軸に平行な方向への厚さより薄い、液体レンズ。 - 透明な第2プレート及び第3プレートと、
前記第2プレート及び前記第3プレートとの間に位置し、予め設定された傾斜面を有する開口領域を含む第1プレートと、
前記第2プレート、前記第3プレート及び前記開口領域によって決定されるキャビティ(cavity)と、
前記キャビティに充填された異なる性質の2つの液体と、を備え、
前記第2プレートは、
前記第1プレートとの接合のための接合領域と、
前記開口領域に対応する中心領域と、
前記第1プレートと離隔しており、前記接合領域と前記中心領域との間に位置する周辺領域とを含み、
前記中心領域の厚さは前記周辺領域の厚さより厚くて温度変化による曲がりが小さい、液体レンズ。
