Claims (24)
- 液体タンクを備える装置であって、

前記タンクは、ポートを有し、該ポートを介して、ロボット型潜液機を外部位置から前記タンク内に挿入することができ、
前記ポートは、前記液体タンクの室内とは反対側に取り付けられた発進チューブに連結されており、
前記発進コンテナは、
開放および閉鎖されるように構成された外側バルブと、
前記外側バルブを通して前記ロボット型潜液機を収容するように寸法設定された発進チャンバと、
前記発進チャンバの、前記外側バルブとは反対の側に配置されており、前記ロボット型潜液機を前記タンクの室内に進入させることを可能にするために開放されるように構成された、タンク側バルブと、
を有している、
装置。 - 前記発進チャンバと流体連通された空気放出通路をさらに備える、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記発進チャンバ内の液体媒体中の気泡を放出させるように構成された攪拌機をさらに備える、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記発進チューブは、前記タンクの頂部に取り付けられており、前記装置は、通信アンテナをさらに備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記発進チューブは、前記タンクの側面に取り付けられており、前記装置は、視覚センサをさらに備える、請求項1から3記載の装置。
- 前記タンクは電気変圧器であり、前記液体は変圧器冷却剤である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記発進チューブは持ち運び可能であり、検査のために別の液体タンクに移動できるように前記液体タンクに着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項1、2、3、または6記載の装置。
- 前記ポートは、カバーをさらに有しており、該カバーを、発進動作中に邪魔にならない場所に移動させることができ、かつ前記発進コンテナを前記タンクから解離させることが可能となるように元の場所に戻すことができる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- モジュール式分配チューブを備える装置であって、
前記モジュール式分配チューブは、
頂部側バルブと、
前記頂部側バルブを通して挿入されるロボット型ドローンを収容するように寸法設定された発進チャンバと、
前記発進チャンバから遠隔操作型機器を放出するように構成された底部側バルブと、
を有しており、
前記モジュール式分配チューブは、前記発進チャンバと流体連通された空気放出通路も有すると共に、発進前の液体充填イベント中に前記空気放出通路によって前記発進チャンバから空気を逃がすことができる開放位置を有するように構成されたパージバルブも有しており、
前記パージバルブは、前記発進チャンバからの液体の漏出を阻止するための閉鎖位置を有するようにも構成されており、
前記モジュール式分配チューブは、持ち運び可能な分配チューブとして構成されており、
前記持ち運び可能な分配チューブは、前記ロボット型ドローンを液体流体タンクに挿入するために、前記液体流体タンクと着脱可能に係合するように構成されていると共に、別の液体流体タンクにおいて使用するために、前記分配チューブの持ち運び可能な移動を可能にするために係合解除されるように構成されている、接続面を有している、
装置。 - 前記発進チャンバの内容物から気泡を除去するように構成された攪拌機をさらに備える、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌機は、前記発進チャンバの内容物中に振動を引き起こすように構成された振動機である、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記攪拌機は、前記発進チャンバ内に流体の流れを引き起こすように構成された流体移動装置である、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記接続面は、複数の位置合わせ面を含む、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記接続面は、複数の開口部を有しており、該複数の開口部を通して複数の締結具が挿入される、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記接続面は、液体タンクの、前記接続面が嵌合する接続パッドに対して相補的である、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記液体タンクをさらに備え、該液体タンクは、電気変圧器タンクであり、
前記モジュール式分配チューブの前記接続面と、前記変圧器タンクの前記接続パッドとの間の嵌合接続部は、ガスケットを収容するための手段を含む、請求項15記載の装置。 - 前記モジュール式分配チューブは、通信アンテナおよび視覚センサのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに有する、請求項15記載の装置。
- 持ち運び可能な発進チューブを液体タンクの表面に取り付け、
前記持ち運び可能な発進チューブに潜液機器を挿入し、
前記発進チューブ内で前記潜液機を隔離するために外側バルブを閉鎖し、
前記液体タンクからの液体が前記持ち運び可能な発進チューブ内に充填されると、空気放出通路を通して空気を排気し、
前記発進チューブ内の液体を前記液体タンク内の液体と連通させるために、発進バルブを開放し、
前記潜液機器を発進させ、
前記液体タンクから前記持ち運び可能な発進チューブを取り外す
ことを含む方法。 - 前記潜液機器を前記発進チューブ内に回収することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記液体タンクから前記持ち運び可能な発進チューブを取り外す前に、前記発進チューブ内から液体を排出することをさらに含む、請求項19または20記載の方法。
- 前記発進バルブを開放して気泡を除去する前に、前記発進チューブの内容物を撹拌することをさらに含む、請求項19、20、または21記載の方法。
- 攪拌された前記気泡を、前記空気放出通路を通して排気することをさらに含む、請求項22記載の方法。
- 前記液体タンクは電気変圧器であり、
前記方法は、前記発進チューブに取り付けられたアンテナを介して遠隔装置と通信することをさらに含む、請求項19から23までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 視覚センサを介してターゲット情報を捕捉することをさらに含む、請求項19から24までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
