Abstract
Description
・低水素濃度においてさえ遅滞なく始動し、その後、連続稼働する。
・格納容器内の自然対流/空気循環を持続させ効果的に支援する。
・格納容器内を効果的に減圧し放射性成分を保持する。
・対応するフィルタ付き格納容器換気システム(FCVS)を、より小さい構成要素を用いて、より単純かつ費用効率の高い方法で実現することができる。
・既存のプラントへの後付けが可能である。
・それらは、フローダクト8を通るガス流のための完全に受動的な「ポンプ」として作用し、自然対流を開始し、維持する。
・それらは、格納容器雰囲気から可燃性水素濃度を除去する。
・それらは、ガス流を加熱し、その結果、反応性、従って、更に下流の濾過ゾーン26における吸着プロセスの効率が増大する。
・それらは、ガス流内の蒸気成分の過熱を確実にし、それによって、濾過ゾーン26内での凝縮を防止又は排除し、吸着材要素24を湿度又は湿分のない状態に保つ。

Claims (11)
- 自然対流送風ダクト(8)を備え、該送風ダクト(8)を通過するガス流に含まれる水素と酸素とを又は一酸化炭素と酸素とを再結合するための多数の触媒要素(18)が内部に配置された、好ましくは原子炉(6)の格納容器(4)内に載置するための、接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)において、ヨウ素吸着表面(60)とそれらの間の巨視的流路(28)とを備えた多数の吸着材要素(24)を備え、ここで、前記ヨウ素吸着表面(60)上を前記ガス流が通過する接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)であって、前記吸着材要素(24)が、もし使用される場合には、前記触媒要素(18)の下流側に配置されることを特徴とする接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記流路(28)が、前記送風ダクト(8)の長手方向に沿って整列し、その各々が、少なくとも500mm2、特に少なくとも1,500mm2、の大きさの断面を有する請求項1に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ(2)装置。
- 前記吸着材要素(24)が前記送風ダクト内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記送風ダクト(8)が、ハウジング(10)によって囲まれ、前記吸着材要素(24)と前記触媒要素(18)との間のセクションには、前記ハウジング内に配置された多数の通気スロット(70)があり、前記フローダクト(8)内への周囲空気の流入を容易にする、請求項3に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記通気スロット(70)が前記流路(8)内に存在する所定の臨界温度以上で開放されるように、前記それぞれの通気スロットが温度依存受動アクチュエータ(74)に結合された可動被覆要素(72)によって覆われている、請求項4に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(74)のスイッチング温度が、前記吸着材要素(24)の許容可能な最高動作温度に適合する、請求項5に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- ヨウ素吸着表面(60)が、銀ゼオライト及び/又は銀被覆金属、特に銀被覆銅線、及び/又はMOFベースの材料から作製されているか又はそれらを含有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 静電エアロゾルフィルタ(44)が、好ましくは触媒要素(18)の上流で、フローダクト(8)の内側に配置される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記静電エアロゾルフィルタ(44)が熱電発電機(56)によって電力供給される、請求項8に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 前記熱電発電機(56)が前記触媒要素(18)及び/又は前記ガス流に熱的に結合される、請求項9に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)。
- 格納容器(4)並びに前記格納容器(4)の内部に配置された請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の接触式再結合器及びフィルタ装置(2)を備える原子力発電所。
