ニート樹脂の摩耗
以下のPEKK及びPEEKポリマーの摩耗挙動を下記のように研究した。
ニート樹脂の摩擦
実施例1において詳述されたPEKK及びPEEKポリマーの摩擦係数を、85から175℃の間で、ブロック-オン-リング構成(荷重:5MPa、すべり速度(一定方向、乾燥):1m/s、相手材:100Cr6)を使用してASTMG137にしたがって測定した。
強化PAEK配合物の摩耗
強化PEEK及びPEKK配合物の比摩耗量を、上の実施例1で述べた手順にしたがって測定した。
強化PAEK配合物の摩擦
実施例3において詳述された強化PEKK及びPEEK配合物の摩擦係数を、85から175℃の間で、ブロック-オン-リング構成(荷重:5MPa、すべり速度(一定方向、乾燥):1m/s、相手材:100Cr6)を使用してASTMG137にしたがって測定した。
室温での強化PAEK配合物の摩耗
繊維状及び非繊維状充填剤を含むPEKK及びPEEKポリマー配合物の摩耗を、室温で、ボール-オン-プリズム摩擦計(ISO7148-2にしたがって、回転式運動、圧力FN=21.2N及び速度v=28.2mm/s)上で、完全摩耗体積mm3としてステンレス鋼に対するすべり距離の関数として研究した。
Claims (15)
- その表面の少なくとも1つ上に、20から100質量%の少なくとも1つのポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、0から80質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤、及び0から20質量%の1つ又は複数の添加剤を含むポリマー材料を含む、摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- ベアリング、ブッシュ、バルブシート、ギヤ、ピストン、ピストンリング、バルブガイド、圧縮機翼、シール、エンジンの構成部品からなる群中で選択される、請求項1に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記ポリエーテルケトンケトンが55:45から100:0のT:I異性体比を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記ポリマー材料が10から70質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記ポリマー材料が20から60質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記充填剤が繊維状充填剤を含む、請求項5に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記繊維状充填剤が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、ナノ炭素繊維、アラミド繊維及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項6に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記充填剤が非繊維状充填剤を含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 前記非繊維状充填剤が、グラファイト、カーボンブラック、ガラスビーズ若しくはフレーク等の鉱物充填剤、シリカ、二酸化チタン、酸化アルミニウム等の金属酸化物、又はタルク、炭酸カルシウム等の他の無機材料、及びそれらの混合物、並びにポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、エチレンフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)、フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、アラミド、シロキサン等のポリマー充填剤及びそれらの混合物からなる群中で選択される、請求項8に記載の摩耗及び摩擦物品。
- 高温で摩耗を低減するための、20から100質量%の少なくとも1つのポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、0から80質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤、及び0から20質量%の1つ又は複数の添加剤を含むポリマー材料の使用。
- 50℃からPEKKの融点の間の温度で摩耗を低減するための、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 130℃から180℃の間の温度で摩耗を低減するための、請求項10又は11に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリエーテルケトンケトンが55:45から100:0のT:I異性体比を有する、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリマー材料が10から70質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤を含む、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリマー材料が20から60質量%の1つ又は複数の充填剤を含む、請求項14に記載の使用。
