Abstract
Description
遅延要素に力を加えるように配置された付勢部材、ならびに前記力を受けて変形および/または破断するように構成された遅延要素と;
遅延要素が変形および/または破断した後に使用者フィードバックを生成するように配置されたインジケータとを含み;
ここで、遅延要素は、付勢部材によって力が加えられた後のある時点で変形および/または破断し、使用者フィードバックが生成される前に遅延を生み出すように構成される、フィードバック機構が提供される。
使用者に薬剤を送達することと;
遅延要素に力を加えて遅延要素を変形および/または破断させることと;
遅延要素が変形および/または破断した後に使用者フィードバックを生成することとを含み;
ここで、力が加えられた後のある時点で遅延要素が変形および/または破断するように、遅延が提供される、方法も提供される。
Claims (25)
- 使用者に薬剤を送達するように構成された注射デバイス用のフィードバック機構であって:
遅延要素に力を加えるように配置された付勢部材、ならびに前記力を受けて変形および/または破断するように構成された該遅延要素と;
該遅延要素が変形および/または破断した後に使用者フィードバックを生成するように配置されたインジケータとを含み;
ここで、遅延要素は、付勢部材によって力が加えられた後のある時点で変形および/または破断し、使用者フィードバックが生成される前に遅延を生み出すように構成される、前記フィードバック機構。 - 遅延要素は、付勢部材の力によって変形および/または破断するように構成された細いセクションを有する部材を含む、請求項1に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 遅延要素は、付勢部材の力によって変形および/または破断するように構成された弾性変形可能な部材を含む、請求項1または2に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 遅延要素は、付勢部材の力によって変形および/または破断するように構成された塑性変形可能な部材を含む、請求項1または2に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 遅延要素は、付勢部材の力によって変形および/または破断するように構成された可撓性テザーを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構。
- フィードバック機構は、可動部材を含み、遅延要素は、可動部材および固定具に取り付けられ、付勢部材は、遅延要素に力が加えられるように、可動部材を前記固定具に対して付勢する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構。
- インジケータは、遅延要素が変形および/または破断して可動部材が動いた後に前記使用者に対するフィードバックを生成する可動部材を含む、請求項6に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 可動部材は、ピボットに旋回式に取り付けられたアームを含み、付勢部材は、アームを付勢してピボットの周りで回転させるように配置される、請求項6または7に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 可動部材は、板を含み、付勢部材は、該板に作用するように配置される、請求項6または7に記載のフィードバック機構。
- インジケータは、遅延要素が変形および/または破断した後に可動部材に衝突されて音を生成するように配置された音発生器を含む、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構。
- インジケータは、プリストレス要素を含み、該プリストレス要素は、可動部材が動かされるまで、可動部材がプリストレス要素を偏向状態で保持するように配置され、可動部材が動かされた時点で、プリストレス要素は非偏向状態へ動き、使用者フィードバックを生成する、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 遅延要素が変形または破断しないように、可動部材を保持するように配置された保持機構をさらに含み、該保持機構は、遅延要素が付勢部材の力によって変形および/または破断するように、可動部材を解放するようにさらに配置される、請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 保持機構は、前記注射デバイスが前記使用者への薬剤の送達を完了した後に可動部材を解放するように構成される、請求項12に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 保持機構は、前記注射デバイスのプランジャを含む、請求項13に記載のフィードバック機構。
- 薬剤送達機構を含む注射デバイスであって、薬剤送達機構は、リザーバ、および、注射デバイスの使用中に使用者へ送達するために薬剤をリザーバから変位させるように使用中に第1の位置から第2の位置へ動くプランジャと、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のフィードバック機構とを有する、前記注射デバイス。
- フィードバック機構は、遅延要素に取り付けられた可動部材を含み、付勢部材は、遅延要素に力が加えられるように、可動部材に力を加える、請求項15に記載の注射デバイス。
- プランジャは、第1の位置で、プランジャが可動部材に係合して可動部材の動きを防止し、第2の位置で、プランジャが可動部材を係合解除するように配置される、請求項16に記載の注射デバイス。
- 遅延要素は、可動部材および固定具に取り付けられる、請求項16または17に記載の注射デバイス。
- 遅延要素は、可動部材およびプランジャに取り付けられる、請求項16または17に記載の注射デバイス。
- 可動部材は、板を含み、付勢部材は、該板に作用するように配置される、請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 板に係合するロッキングアームをさらに含み、該ロッキングアームは、第1の位置で、プランジャがロッキングアームの回転を防止し、板がロッキングアームによって保持され、第2の位置で、ロッキングアームが自由に回転して板を解放することができるように旋回式に取り付けられる、請求項20に記載の注射デバイス。
- 遅延要素は、遅延要素が変形および/または破断するまで、ロッキングアームの回転に抵抗するように配置される、請求項21に記載の注射デバイス。
- プランジャの第2の位置は、注射デバイスが前記使用者への薬剤の送達を完了した後のプランジャの位置に対応する、請求項15〜22のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- シリンジは、薬剤を収容する、請求項15〜23のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 注射デバイスを使用する方法であって:
使用者に薬剤を送達することと;
遅延要素に力を加えて該遅延要素を変形および/または破断させることと;
遅延要素が変形および/または破断した後に使用者フィードバックを生成することとを含み;
ここで、力が加えられた後のある時点で遅延要素が変形および/または破断するように、遅延が提供される、前記方法。
