Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリセルからなるバッテリパックを充電する電気自動車バッテリ充電システムにおいて、
複数のバッテリセルからなるバッテリパックと、
前記複数のバッテリセル間を電気的に連結して前記複数のバッテリセル間で電流が流れるようにするか前記電気的連結状態を遮断し得るスイッチング手段を含む一つ以上の連結部と、
前記複数のバッテリセル各々に連結される複数の充電端子と、
前記連結部のスイッチング手段のオン/オフ状態を制御する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。 - 前記連結部は、前記複数のバッテリセルを直列で連結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数のバッテリセル各々に連結される各充電端子と外部充電端子との連結状態に応じて前記スイッチング手段のオン/オフ状態を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数のバッテリセル各々に連結される各充電端子が前記外部充電端子と連結された場合には前記スイッチング手段がオフ状態を維持するように制御し、前記各充電端子のうちいずれか一つが前記外部充電端子に連結された場合には連結状態を有するバッテリセルの連結部のスイッチング手段がオン状態を維持するように制御することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。
- 前記バッテリパックをなす各バッテリセルは、互いに異なる充電容量を有し、
前記制御部は、前記各バッテリセルの充電端子と連結される外部充電端子の提供可能電力量が前記各バッテリセルが有する充電容量に比例するように前記充電端子と前記外部充電端子の連結状態を制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。 - 前記バッテリパックの複数のバッテリセル各々は、互いに同じ充電容量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電システム。
- 複数のバッテリセルからなるバッテリパックを充電する電気自動車バッテリ充電システムにおいて、
前記複数のバッテリセル各々に充電端子を形成する第1段階と、
前記複数のバッテリセル間に電流が流れるようにするか前記電流を遮断し得る連結部を形成する第2段階と、
前記各バッテリセルに形成された充電端子に連結される外部充電端子の存在有無に応じて前記連結部のオン/オフ状態を制御する第3段階と、
前記連結部のオン/オフ状態に応じて前記バッテリパックを充電する第4段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電方法。 - 前記第3段階は、前記各バッテリセルに形成された充電端子に外部充電端子が一つ連結された場合には前記連結部がすべてオン状態になるように制御し、前記各バッテリセルに形成された充電端子に外部充電端子が複数連結された場合には前記連結部がすべてオフ状態になるように制御することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の多層分割方式を利用した電気自動車バッテリ充電方法。
