Claims (6)
- ピエゾアクチュエータと、前記ピエゾアクチュエータに接続される駆動回路と、を備えた流体制御バルブであって、
前記駆動回路が、
直流電源と接続された1次側コイルと、前記ピエゾアクチュエータと接続された2次側コイルと、を具備するフライバックトランスと、
前記1次側コイルに接続され、前記ピエゾアクチュエータの充電時にオンからオフに切り替えられる充電スイッチと、
前記2次側コイルに接続され、前記ピエゾアクチュエータの放電時にオフからオンに切り替えられる放電スイッチと、
前記1次側コイルと接続され、前記ピエゾアクチュエータの放電による電気エネルギーが回生される回生用コンデンサと、を備えたことを特徴とする流体制御バルブ。 - 前記駆動回路が、
前記直流電源側にアノードが接続され、前記回生用コンデンサ側にカソードが接続されたダイオードをさらに備えた請求項1記載の流体制御バルブ。 - 前記駆動回路が、
前記ピエゾアクチュエータに対して並列に接続された出力コンデンサをさらに備えた請求項1又は2記載の流体制御バルブ。 - ピエゾアクチュエータと、前記ピエゾアクチュエータに接続される駆動回路と、を備えた流体制御バルブであって、
前記駆動回路が、
複数段のトランジスタからなるダーリントン接続部を具備し、最終段のエミッタから前記ピエゾアクチュエータに電流が供給されるように構成された充電回路を備えたことを特徴とする流体制御バルブ。 - 請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の流体制御バルブと、
流路に流れる流体の流量を測定する流量センサと、
前記流量センサの測定流量に基づいて前記流体制御バルブの開度を制御するバルブ制御部と、を備えた流量制御装置。 - ピエゾアクチュエータに接続される駆動回路であって、
複数段のトランジスタからなるダーリントン接続部を具備し、最終段のエミッタから前記ピエゾアクチュエータに電流が供給されるように構成された充電回路を備えたことを特徴とする駆動回路。
