Claims (8)
- 巻出装置から送り出された第一ガラスフィルムに加熱成膜装置によって機能性膜を形成することで第二ガラスフィルムを形成し、前記第二ガラスフィルムを巻取装置によって巻き取ることでガラスロールを製造する方法において、
前記第一ガラスフィルムの始端部に連結された第一リードフィルムを、前記巻出装置から送り出して前記加熱成膜装置を通過させた後に前記巻取装置に巻き取らせる開始準備工程と、
前記第一リードフィルムが前記加熱成膜装置を通過した後に、前記加熱成膜装置により前記第一ガラスフィルムに機能性膜を形成する成膜工程と、を備え、
前記開始準備工程は、前記加熱成膜装置を成膜温度まで昇温させる昇温工程を備え、
前記加熱成膜装置が前記成膜温度まで昇温する前に、前記第一ガラスフィルムが前記加熱成膜装置に到達することを特徴とするガラスロールの製造方法。 - 前記昇温工程は、前記第一ガラスフィルムと前記第一リードフィルムとの連結部が前記加熱成膜装置を通過した後に開始する請求項1に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。
- 前記昇温工程における前記加熱成膜装置の昇温中に、前記第一ガラスフィルムが前記加熱成膜装置に到達する請求項1に記載のガラスロールの製造方法。
