Claims (5)
- ゲートを開閉するバルブステム(502)と、チャンバ(541)を有し該バルブステム(502)に結合しているピストン(506)と、該ピストンの該チャンバに配置されるバネ(550)と、を備え、該バネは該バルブステムを該ピストンの方向に向けて付勢し、該バルブステムが障害に遭遇した場合に該バネが圧縮できるように構成されている、バルブステム組立体(553)。
- バネキャップ(561)と、前記バルブステムを保持するバルブステム保持部(558)と、を備え、前記バネは該バルブステム保持部と該バネキャップとの間に保持される、請求項1に記載のバルブステム組立体。
- 前記ピストンは、射出成型機の作動プレート内で加圧空気により付勢されており、該作動プレートの前記ピストンへの作動により前記バルブステムは閉位置及び開位置間で移動するようにされており、前記バネは前記バルブステムの移動とともに前後に移動する、請求項1または2に記載のバルブステム組立体。
- 前記バルブステムの動きを止める障害に遭遇した場合、前記バネは、前記作動プレートが閉位置に向けて動くにつれ圧縮される、請求項3に記載のバルブステム組立体。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブステム組立体を備えた射出成型装置。
