Claims (8)
- 射出成形ノズルであって、少なくとも1つの流出開口(1)並びに強制制御される少なくとも1つの閉鎖エレメント(2)が設けられており、該閉鎖エレメント(2)によって、射出成形型(4)の接続開口(3)が閉鎖可能になっている形式のものにおいて、短い行程手段(5)が設けられており、該短い行程手段(5)によって、閉鎖エレメント(2)が、短い行程だけ閉鎖エレメント(2)の閉鎖方向(6)に対して調整可能になっていることを特徴とする、射出成形ノズル。
- 前記短い行程(5)が、約0.05〜1mm、特に0.1〜0.5mm、有利には0.3mmである、請求項1記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 閉鎖エレメント(2)が、駆動装置(7)により操作可能であり、該駆動装置(7)が、作業位置と停止位置とを有する、戻しエレメント(5)として形成された短い行程手段を有しており、該短い行程手段が、駆動装置(7)が操作されていない場合には自動的に停止位置をとる、請求項1又は2記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 戻しエレメント(5)が、皿ばねの形で形成されている、請求項3記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 種々異なった方向に向いた少なくとも2つの流出開口(1)が提供されており、これらの流出開口(1)の閉鎖エレメント(2)が、調整手段(8)によって調整可能になっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 閉鎖エレメント(2)が、リンクガイド(9)により制御されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 閉鎖エレメント(2)が、閉鎖ニードルの形で形成されており、該閉鎖ニードルが、流出開口(1)を介して延びており、該流出開口(1)とは反対の端部(2b)ではT字形に形成されており、中央のロッド(8)の円錐部に沿って延びるT字形溝(9)内にそれぞれ配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の射出成形ノズル。
- 閉鎖ノズル(2)の、流出開口(1)を介して延びる端部(2a)が、円筒形に形成されている、請求項7記載の射出成形ノズル。
