ガスケットとして、直鎖状のポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂により構成された環状ガスケット(平均表面粗さ:0.6μm)を用いた。実施例1と同様にして、前記ガスケットを構成する樹脂組成物の明度L*を測定したところ78.3となり、セパレータとの明度L*の差は10.7であった。以下、実施例1と同様にしてコイン形非水電解液一次電池を組み立てようとしところ、ガスケットとセパレータとの明度の差が小さく、セパレータの位置を正しく検知できなかった。

Claims (9)
- 外装缶と、封口板と、前記外装缶と前記封口板との間に配置されたガスケットとを有する電池容器内に、正極、負極、セパレータおよび非水電解質が収容されてなる非水電解質電池であって、
前記ガスケットが、架橋型ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂組成物で構成されており、
前記樹脂組成物のL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が、74以下であることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。 - 前記樹脂組成物のL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が、70以下である請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 外装缶と、封口板と、前記外装缶と前記封口板との間に配置されたガスケットとを有する電池容器内に、正極、負極、セパレータおよび非水電解質が収容されてなる非水電解質電池であって、
前記ガスケットが、架橋型ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂組成物で構成されており、
前記樹脂組成物のL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が、前記セパレータのL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値よりも12以上低い値であることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。 - 前記樹脂組成物のL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が、前記セパレータのL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値よりも20以上低い値である請求項3に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記樹脂組成物が、ポリオレフィン系エラストマーを含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記セパレータが、ポリオレフィンで構成されている請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非水電解質電池。
- 前記ガスケットの平均表面粗さRaが5μm以下である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の非水電解質電池。
- 外装缶と、封口板と、前記外装缶と前記封口板との間に配置されたガスケットとを有する電池容器内に、正極、負極、セパレータおよび非水電解質が収容されてなる非水電解質電池を製造する方法であって、
L*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が74以下の架橋型ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂組成物で構成した前記ガスケットを使用することを特徴とする非水電解質電池の製造方法。 - 外装缶と、封口板と、前記外装缶と前記封口板との間に配置されたガスケットとを有する電池容器内に、正極、負極、セパレータおよび非水電解質が収容されてなる非水電解質電池を製造する方法であって、
L*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値が、前記セパレータのL*a*b*色空間における明度L*の値よりも12以上低い架橋型ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂組成物で構成した前記ガスケットを使用することを特徴とする非水電解質電池の製造方法。
