Claims (5)
- 調理材料を水平搬送するネットコンベヤと、該ネットコンベヤの上方に設置するヒータユニットとを備えてなり、該ヒータユニットは、前記ネットコンベヤの幅方向に配置する複数本のSi Cのヒータと、該ヒータのそれぞれに付設する反射板とを有し、該反射板は、前記ヒータの発熱部の全長を覆い、前記ヒータからの熱線を前記ネットコンベヤ上に投射させることを特徴とする加熱調理装置。
- 前記反射板は、前記各ヒータごとに左右一対を設け、全体の断面形状を下部開放のスカート状に形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の加熱調理装置。
- 前記反射板は、前記ヒータと平行のスリットを頂部に形成し、前記スリットは、前記ネットコンベヤの進行方向と逆方向に開口することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の加熱調理装置。
- 前記ヒータユニットは、上下に昇降可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか記載の加熱調理装置。
- 前記ヒータユニットの下流側には、異物検出用のX線装置を配設することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか記載の加熱調理装置。
