Abstract
Description
いくつかの実施形態では、機能層102中の有機ポリマー弾性充填剤の材料は、エチレン性不飽和単量体を含む。いくつかの実施形態では、エチレン性不飽和単量体は、例えばエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸アルキルエステルまたはその誘導体、共役ジエン系化合物またはその誘導体、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸またはその誘導体および芳香族ビニル化合物またはその誘導体からなる群の少なくとも1つから選択される。
いくつかの実施形態において、機能層102は、セルロース基板100の少なくとも1つの表面上に連続的または不連続的に存在している。特に、いくつかの実施形態において、機能層102はセルロース基板100の表面上に連続的に存在する。すなわち、セルロース基板100の1つの表面または2つの対向面に存在する機能層102は、例えば、均一な厚さの薄層である。他の実施形態では、機能層102は、例えばセルロース基板100の表面上に不連続に存在している。すなわち、セルロース基板100の1つの表面または2つの対向面に存在する機能層102は完全な層構造ではなく、セルロース基板100の表面にドット状、ブロック状、短冊状に不規則に分布している。いくつかの実施形態では、機能層102が、図2に示されるようにセルロース基板100の2つの対向面に存在する場合、機能層102は、セルロース基板100の2つの対向面に連続的に存在させることができる。他の実施形態において、機能層102はまた、例えば、セルロース基板100の2つの対向面に不連続に存在してもよいが、本発明はそれに限定されるものではない。

Claims (16)
- 多孔質担体であって、
セルロース基板。 そして
セルロース基材の少なくとも1つの表面上に配置された機能層であって、有機ポリマー弾性充填剤およびポリマーバインダーを含む機能層。 - 前記有機ポリマー弾性充填剤の弾性係数が、200kgf / mm2 〜500kgf / mm2である、請求項1に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記多孔質担体の回復率が少なくとも60%以上である、請求項1または2に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記多孔質担体の圧縮率が12%以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記セルロース基材の材料が、天然繊維、変性天然繊維、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記天然繊維が、綿、麻、ココナッツ、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項5に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記有機ポリマー弾性充填剤の材料が、エチレン性不飽和単量体を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和単量体が、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸アルキルエステルまたはその誘導体、非共役ジエンジオレフィン系化合物またはその誘導体、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸またはその誘導体、および芳香族ビニル化合物またはその誘導体からなる群の少なくとも1種から選択される、請求項7に記載の多孔質担体。
- 多孔質担体の厚さが13μm〜50μmである、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記セルロース基材の厚さが12μm〜50μmである、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記機能層の厚みが0.5μm以上20μm以下である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記セルロース基材の繊維径が、0.01μm以上50μm以下である、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記機能層中の有機ポリマー弾性充填剤の重量百分率が50%〜99.9%である、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記機能層が、前記セルロース基材の少なくとも一方の面上に連続的または不連続的に配置されている、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 前記機能層が、前記セルロース基材の両面に配置されている、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質担体を含む電気化学素子セパレータ。
