前記第2検出回路と前記電源スイッチとが第2ダイオードを介して接続されていることを特徴とする。
前記バッテリの管理を行うバッテリ管理部を、更に備え、
前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第2出力端子から異常を示す信号が出力された場合に、前記第1出力端子の検出信号に基づいて、前記バッテリの異常発熱か前記温度検出部の異常かを判定することを特徴とする。
前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第2出力端子から異常を示す信号が出力された場合に、前記第1出力端子の検出信号の時間変化率に基づいて、前記バッテリの使用可否を判定することを特徴とする。
請求項4から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ監視装置と、
前記バッテリ監視装置の出力を受けて電動車両の制御を行う車両制御部と、
を備え、
前記車両制御部は、前記バッテリ管理部が前記温度検出部の異常と判定した場合に搭乗者に故障の警告を行い、前記バッテリ管理部が前記バッテリの異常発熱と判定した場合に搭乗者に異常発熱に関する警告を行うことを特徴とする電動車両の制御装置である。
温度検出部231は、第1出力端子t1から電池セルCEの温度を示す検出信号Voutを出力し、第2出力端子t2から異常の有無を示すエラー信号Seを出力する。
図4は、BCUと車両制御部とにより実行される異常検出時処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。続いて、BCU24及び車両制御部21によって実行される、バッテリ4の異常検出時処理について説明する。以下では、BCU24と車両制御部21とがデータ通信を介して連携して異常検出時処理を行う例を説明するが、BCU24又は車両制御部21が単体で異常検出時処理を行ってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 電動車両のバッテリの状態を監視するバッテリ監視装置であって、
前記バッテリを構成する複数の電池要素の温度をそれぞれ検出する複数の温度検出部を備え、
前記複数の温度検出部の各々は、
第1レンジの温度を検出する第1検出回路と、
前記第1レンジとは異なる第2レンジの温度を検出する第2検出回路と、
温度の検出信号と異常を示す閾値とを比較する比較回路と、
温度の検出信号が出力される第1出力端子と、
前記比較回路から異常の有無を示す信号が出力される第2出力端子と、
を含み、
前記第1出力端子の検出信号が、前記第2出力端子の信号に連動して、前記第1検出回路の検出信号から前記第2検出回路の検出信号へ切り替わるように構成されていることを特徴とするバッテリ監視装置。 - 前記第1検出回路は、第1サーミスタ及び抵抗が直列接続された分圧回路であり、第1電源電圧を受けて動作するように構成され、
前記第2検出回路は、第2サーミスタ及び抵抗が直列接続された分圧回路であり、前記第1電源電圧よりも大きな第2電源電圧を受けて動作するように構成され、
前記複数の温度検出部の各々は、
前記比較回路から出力された異常を示す信号に基づいて、前記第2検出回路へ前記第2電源電圧を供給する電源スイッチを、更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリ監視装置。 - 前記第1検出回路の出力点と前記第2検出回路の出力点とが第1ダイオードを介して接続され、
前記第2検出回路と前記電源スイッチとが第2ダイオードを介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のバッテリ監視装置。 - 前記バッテリの管理を行うバッテリ管理部を、更に備え、
前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第2出力端子から異常を示す信号が出力された場合に、前記第1出力端子の検出信号に基づいて、前記バッテリの異常発熱か前記温度検出部の異常かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ監視装置。 - 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第2出力端子から異常を示す信号が出力された場合に、前記第1出力端子の検出信号の時間変化率に基づいて、前記バッテリの使用可否を判定することを特徴とする請求項4記載のバッテリ監視装置。
- 請求項4から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ監視装置と、
前記バッテリ監視装置の出力を受けて電動車両の制御を行う車両制御部と、
を備え、
前記車両制御部は、前記バッテリ管理部が前記温度検出部の異常と判定した場合に搭乗者に故障の警告を行い、前記バッテリ管理部が前記バッテリの異常発熱と判定した場合に搭乗者に異常発熱に関する警告を行うことを特徴とする電動車両の制御装置。
