なお、本明細書における車両の左右方向は、車両を前側から見た正面視を基準としており、車両そのものの左右とは反対になる。
上記複数の取付部の中心位置は、複数の取付部を結んだ形状を均質な板材で構成した場合のその板材の重心位置と同じで、例えば取付部が3つの場合、その3つの取付部を結ぶ三角形の中線の交点である。複数の固設部の中心位置も同じである。
Claims (9)
- 動力伝達機構をケース内に収容している動力伝達ユニットが、車両前側部分であって車両幅方向の中心から左右何れか一方へずれた位置に搭載されているとともに、前記ケースの車両前側部分には、該ケースから車両前側へ突き出すように部品が取り付けられている車両において、
前記部品は取付部材を介して前記ケースに取り付けられているとともに、
前記取付部材には、前記部品に車両前側から衝突荷重が加えられた場合に、該部品のうち車両幅方向において前記動力伝達ユニットの搭載位置のずれ方向と同じ側が、該ずれ方向と反対の他方側よりも車両後側へ変位され易くする変位調整部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする車両。 - 前記取付部材は金属材料によって単一の部材として構成されており、該取付部材そのものの形状によって前記変位調整部が構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記取付部材は、固設部を介して前記ケースに固設されているとともに、前記部品が取り付けられる複数の取付部を備えており、
前記複数の取付部のうち前記ずれ方向と同じ側のずれ側取付部が、前記変位調整部により前記他方側の他方側取付部よりも車両後側へ変位され易くされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両。 - 前記ずれ側取付部と前記ケースとの間の車両前後方向の離間寸法は、前記他方側取付部と前記ケースとの間の車両前後方向の離間寸法よりも大きく、該ずれ側取付部が該他方側取付部よりも大きく車両後側へ変位することが許容される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両。 - 前記取付部材は、車両前側へ突き出す板状の突出支持部を備えていて、該突出支持部の先端部分に前記ずれ側取付部が設けられており、該突出支持部が前記変位調整部として機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の車両。 - 前記取付部材は、車両幅方向において前記ずれ方向と同じ側へ延び出す片持ち状支持部を備えていて、該片持ち状支持部の先端部分に前記ずれ側取付部が設けられており、該片持ち状支持部が前記変位調整部として機能する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の車両。 - 前記取付部材は前記固設部を複数備えており、
前記複数の取付部の中心位置は、車両幅方向において前記複数の固設部の中心位置よりも前記ずれ方向と同じ側へずれている
ことを特徴とする請求項3〜6の何れか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記部品は、車両幅方向において前記動力伝達ユニットの中心位置から前記ずれ方向と同じ側へずれた位置で、前記取付部材を介して前記ケースに取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記動力伝達ユニットは、車両幅方向において駆動力源に隣接して配設され、該駆動力源から伝達された駆動力を左右の前輪に分配するディファレンシャル装置を前記動力伝達機構として備えているトランスアクスルであり、
前記部品は、前記動力伝達機構を構成している所定の動力伝達部材の回転を機械的に阻止するパーキングロック機構を電気的に作動させるアクチュエータ装置である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の車両。
