Claims (7)
- 開口を有する熱処理容器と、
前記開口を開閉可能な開閉部材と、
前記熱処理容器と前記開閉部材との間に配され、前記開口の周方向に無端状に延在する中空形状のシール部材と、
前記シール部材と連通し、前記シール部材の内部に冷媒を供給する冷媒供給部材と、
を備える加熱炉。 - 前記シール部材に形成された複数の細孔を有する請求項1に記載の加熱炉。
- 前記複数の細孔は、前記シール部材のうち、前記熱処理容器の内部空間から離隔する側に形成される請求項2に記載の加熱炉。
- 前記複数の細孔の大きさは、前記熱処理容器の鉛直上方ほど大きくなる請求項2または3に記載の加熱炉。
- 前記複数の細孔の大きさは、前記シール部材のうち、前記冷媒供給部材と連通する連通位置から離隔するほど大きくなる請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱炉。
- 前記開閉部材は、前記シール部材と対向する対向部位に形成された貫通孔を有し、
前記冷媒供給部材は、
前記貫通孔に配され、前記シール部材と連通するシール側連結部材と、
前記シール側連結部材に連結された冷媒供給側連結部材と、を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱炉。 - 前記熱処理容器および前記開閉部材が互いに対向する2つの対向面のうち少なくとも一方に形成された窪み部を有し、
前記冷媒供給部材は、前記窪み部に沿って配される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱炉。
