Description
一実施形態による主軸装置及び工作機械について図1〜図3を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態による主軸装置が備えられた工作機械を示す概略図である。
本発明についての好適な実施形態を上述したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々の改変が可能である。

Claims (8)
- 主軸シャフトと、
前記主軸シャフトを収容し、前記主軸シャフトにガスが供給され、前記主軸シャフトを回転自在に軸支する軸受を有する第1ハウジングと、
前記主軸シャフトの一端に位置し、前記主軸シャフトを回転させるモータと、
前記モータを収容し、前記第1ハウジングに結合された第2ハウジングと、
一端が前記第2ハウジング内の空間の底部に位置し、他端が前記第2ハウジングから突出している管路と
を備える主軸装置。 - 請求項1に記載の主軸装置において、
前記軸受は、前記主軸シャフトにガスが供給されることで前記主軸シャフトを回転自在に軸支する静圧軸受である、主軸装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の主軸装置において、
前記管路は、前記第2ハウジングに形成された孔を介して前記第2ハウジング内から前記第2ハウジングの外側に突出しており、
前記孔の位置は、前記管路の前記一端の位置よりも高い、主軸装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の主軸装置において、
前記管路は、前記第2ハウジングに形成された孔を介して前記第2ハウジング内から前記第2ハウジングの外側に突出しており、
前記孔と前記管路との間を封止する封止部材を更に備える、主軸装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の主軸装置において、
前記第2ハウジングは、法線方向が前記主軸シャフトの長手方向に沿う第1面を含み、
前記第1面と前記モータとの間には空間が存在しており、
前記管路の前記一端は、前記第1面と前記モータとの間の前記空間内に位置している、主軸装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の主軸装置において、
前記主軸シャフトの長手方向は、鉛直方向に交差する方向であり、
前記管路の前記一端と前記第2ハウジングとの前記鉛直方向における距離は、前記モータと前記第2ハウジングとの前記鉛直方向における距離より小さい、主軸装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の主軸装置において、
前記主軸シャフトの長手方向は、鉛直方向に沿う方向であり、
前記管路の前記一端の位置は、前記モータの下面の位置よりも低い、主軸装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の主軸装置を備える工作機械。
