Description
ボディの内部には、導入ポートと導出ポートとを連通する流路が形成されると共に、駆動部側となる弁体の軸方向一端との間に形成された一方の空間と、弁体の軸方向他端との間に形成された他方の空間とを備え、
ボディにおける軸方向両端の内周面に対して弁体の外周面が常に軸方向に重複した状態で摺接し、一方の空間と他方の空間との間に設けられた流路と一方及び他方の空間とを分離すると共に、弁体には、一方の空間と他方の空間とを連通する連通路を備える。

Claims (3)
- 流体の供給される導入ポート及び導出ポートを有したボディと、該ボディの内部に軸方向に沿って移動自在に設けられた弁体と、前記弁体を前記軸方向に付勢する駆動部とを備え、前記弁体が軸方向に移動することで前記導入ポートと前記導出ポートとの連通状態を切り替える流路切替弁において、
前記ボディの内部には、前記導入ポートと前記導出ポートとを連通する流路が形成されると共に、前記駆動部側となる前記弁体の軸方向一端との間に形成された一方の空間と、前記弁体の軸方向他端との間に形成された他方の空間とを備え、
前記ボディにおける軸方向両端の内周面に対して前記弁体の外周面が常に軸方向に重複した状態で摺接し、前記一方の空間と前記他方の空間との間に設けられた前記流路と前記一方及び他方の空間とを分離すると共に、前記弁体には、前記一方の空間と前記他方の空間とを連通する連通路を備える、流路切替弁。 - 請求項1記載の流路切替弁において、
前記他方の空間には、前記弁体の軸方向位置を検出可能な検出手段を備える、流路切替弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流路切替弁において、
前記駆動部は、コイルに対する通電作用下に励磁させ可動体を軸方向に変位可能なソレノイドである、流路切替弁。
