Claims (5)
- 内方部材と、前記内方部材の外方に配置された内周部を有する外方部材と、前記外方部材の内周部と前記内方部材の軸方向一端側の端部との間に配置された転がり軸受と、前記外方部材の内周部と前記内方部材との間に配置された係合子と、前記係合子が前記内方部材及び前記外方部材に係合可能な状態と係合不可な状態とを電磁的に切り替えるクラッチ機構と、 前記外方部材の内周部に取り付けられた第一の止め輪と、を備え、
前記転がり軸受が、前記内方部材の端部に嵌合された内輪と、前記外方部材の内周部に嵌合された外輪と、を有し、
前記第一の止め輪が、前記外輪の軸方向他端側への移動を規制するように配置されている回転伝達装置において、
前記外方部材と同軸に一体回転可能に接続されたシャフトと、前記内方部材の端部に取り付けられ前記内輪に対して軸方向一端側に配置された第二の止め輪と、をさらに備え、
前記外方部材が、軸方向一端側に前記内周部と一体に形成された開口部を有し、
前記第二の止め輪が、前記開口部から前記内方部材の端部に取り付け可能なものであり、
前記内輪に対する前記内方部材の軸方向他端側への移動が前記第二の止め輪によって規制されており、
前記シャフトが前記開口部に接続されていることを特徴とする回転伝達装置。 - 前記シャフトが、前記開口部に同心に嵌め合うインロー部を有し、
前記開口部に取り付けられた第三の止め輪をさらに備え、
前記シャフトが、前記第三の止め輪と軸方向に対向する係止壁を有し、
前記外方部材に対する前記シャフトの脱出方向動が前記第三の止め輪と前記係止壁によって規制されている請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。 - 前記開口部が、前記外輪の軸方向一端側への移動を規制する肩部を有し、
前記肩部と前記シャフトがスプライン嵌合されており、前記肩部と前記係止壁が軸方向に突き合わされている請求項2に記載の回転伝達装置。 - 前記開口部と前記インロー部との間に介在するOリングをさらに備え、
前記開口部が、前記Oリングを保持する溝を有する請求項2又は3に記載の回転伝達装置。 - 前記クラッチ機構が、前記係合子を保持する保持器と、前記内方部材と前記外方部材の一方の部材に対する前記保持器の相対回転によって弾性変形させられる中立ばねと、前記保持器に対して回り止めされたアーマチュアと、前記アーマチュアに軸方向に対向する電磁石と、前記内方部材と前記外方部材の前記一方と反対の他方の部材に対して回り止めされた状態で前記アーマチュアに軸方向に対向するロータと、前記アーマチュアを前記ロータから離反する方向に押圧する離反ばねと、を有し、
前記係合子が、前記保持器の相対回転によって前記外方部材及び前記内方部材に係合する係合位置と、当該係合を解除する中立位置との間を移動可能に配置されており、
前記アーマチュアが、前記電磁石に対する通電によって前記ロータに磁気吸着させられるようになっており、
前記内輪に対する前記内方部材の軸方向他端側への移動が、前記第二の止め輪によって前記ロータと前記アーマチュア間のエアギャップよりも小さい範囲に規制されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の回転伝達装置。
