Claims (8)
- 所定波長の光をマルチモードで伝搬させる光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバを伝搬する前記マルチモードの光のうち所定のモードより高次のモードの光の少なくとも一部を除去する高次モードフィルタと、
前記所定波長の光を透過させ、前記所定波長より長波長である特定波長の光を反射するファイバブラッググレーティングと、
を備える
ことを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 - 前記ファイバブラッググレーティングはスラント型である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記高次モードフィルタは、前記光ファイバが所定の直径で曲げられた区間からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記高次モードフィルタは、LP11モードより高次のモードの光を除去する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記高次モードフィルタは、LP01モードより高次のモードの光を除去する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 前記特定波長の光は、前記所定波長の光のストークス光である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 一対の前記高次モードフィルタを備え、
前記ファイバブラッググレーティングは、一対の前記高次モードフィルタで挟まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置と、
前記所定波長の光を出射する光源と、
を備え、
前記光ファイバは前記光源から出射する光を伝搬し、
前記ファイバブラッググレーティングは、前記光源から出射し前記高次モードフィルタを透過する前記所定波長の光を透過させ、前記特定波長の光を反射する
ことを特徴とするレーザ装置。
