Claims (2)
- 噴霧口から溶液をミスト状に加熱炉内に向って噴霧する噴霧ノズルであって、
前記噴霧口の周囲に向って気体を供給する気体供給路と、
前記気体供給路の周囲に設けられ、気体が内部を流れる気体流通路とを備えたことを特徴とする噴霧ノズル。 - 前記気体流通路を流れる気体は前記加熱炉内に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴霧ノズル。
