Claims (6)
- 注意喚起対象物を検知する検知部と、
前記検知部が複数の注意喚起対象物を検知した場合に、運転者の状態を検出する状態検出部によって検出された運転者の状態から前記検知部が検知した前記複数の注意喚起対象物に対する認識状況を求め、求めた前記認識状況に応じて優先度が高い注意喚起対象物に対する注意喚起制御を行う制御部と、
を備えた車両制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記状態検出部が検出した前記運転者の状態としての運転者の視線方向または顔面方向から前記認識状況を求め、前記複数の注意喚起対象物のうち運転者の視線方向から遠い注意喚起対象物を優先して注意喚起制御を行う請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記検知部は、交差点における横方向から自車両に接近する第1車両、及び前方から自車両に接近する第2車両の各々を前記注意喚起対象物として検知し、
前記制御部は、前記第1車両及び前記第2車両の各々を検知した場合、前記第1車両と前記第2車両のうち運転者の視線方向から遠い方の車両を注意喚起対象物として優先して注意喚起制御を行う請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、運転者の視線方向または顔面方向に対する前記検知部が検知した注意喚起対象物の方向と、前記検知部が検知した注意喚起対象物に対する衝突予測時間とから演算した評価値を用いて、優先して注意喚起する注意喚起対象物を決定し、決定した注意喚起対象物に対する注意喚起制御を行う請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、運転者の視線方向または顔面方向に対する前記第1車両の方向と前記第1車両に対する衝突予測時間とから求めた第1評価値、及び運転者の視線方向または顔面方向に対する前記第2車両の方向と前記第2車両に対する衝突予測時間とから求めた第2評価値を用いて、優先して注意喚起する車両を決定し、決定した車両に対する注意喚起制御を行う請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記検知部は、注意喚起対象物に関する情報を無線通信により取得し、取得した情報を用いて注意喚起対象物を検知する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の車両制御装置。
