Abstract
Description
前記回路連結構造物は、前記ボンディング領域に挿入され、前記トレースの前記末端部と電気的に連結される、タッチセンサモジュール。
87μmのPET保護フィルムに貼り付けられ、ITOを含む0.46μm厚さのセンシング電極パターンおよびトレースを含むタッチセンサのサンプル(東友ファインケム社製)を用意した。
実施例における着色樹脂パターンの形成を省略し、ボンディング領域におけるFPCBを除いた領域の残りの部分(ギャップ部分)を偏光子がカバーするようにタッチセンサモジュールを製造した。
ブラックインク組成物の代わりに、透明樹脂組成物(Loctite社製、製品名:ECCOBOND DS 3318BK)を使用した以外は、実施例と同様の方法でタッチセンサモジュールを製造した。
実施例及び比較例のタッチセンサモジュールの反射率および色度(CIE色座標値)を、ST−4000DLX(Minolta)装置を用いて測定した。具体的には、タッチセンサモジュールの全上面を通した反射率として400nm〜700nmにおける平均反射率を測定し、タッチセンサモジュールの全上面を通した平均色座標値を測定した。測定結果は、下記表1に示す。
Claims (15)
- センシング電極及び前記センシング電極から分岐されるトレースを含むタッチセンサ層と、
前記タッチセンサ層上で前記センシング電極を覆う光学層と、
前記光学層と離隔するように配置され、前記タッチセンサ層の一端部上で前記トレースと電気的に連結される回路連結構造物と、
前記光学層と前記回路連結構造物との間のギャップを埋める着色樹脂パターンとを含む、タッチセンサモジュール。 - 前記光学層は、前記回路連結構造物よりも高い上面を有する、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記着色樹脂パターンは、前記光学層および前記回路連結構造物の側壁と接触する、請求項1または2に記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記着色樹脂パターンは、前記回路連結構造物の上面を覆う、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記着色樹脂パターンは、前記光学層の上面は覆わない、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記タッチセンサ層は、前記トレースの末端部上の、前記光学層の部分が除去されて定義されたボンディング領域を含み、
前記回路連結構造物は、前記ボンディング領域上で前記トレースの前記末端部と電気的に連結される、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。 - 前記ギャップは、平面方向で前記ボンディング領域における前記回路連結構造物が配置された領域を除いた残りの空間に定義される、請求項6に記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記光学層は、偏光子、偏光板、位相差フィルム、反射シート、輝度向上フィルム、または屈折率整合フィルムの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記回路連結構造物は、フレキシブルプリント回路基板(FPCB)を含む、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記トレースと前記回路連結構造物との間に配置される導電性仲介構造をさらに含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記導電性仲介構造は、異方性導電フィルム(ACF)を含む、請求項10に記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- 前記着色樹脂パターンは、点接着性レジンを含む、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のタッチセンサモジュール。
- ウィンドウ基板と、
前記ウィンドウ基板の一つの面上に積層される請求項1に記載のタッチセンサモジュールとを含む、ウィンドウ積層体。 - 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネル上に積層され、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサモジュールとを含む、画像表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンサモジュールの下に配置されるメインボードをさらに含み、
前記タッチセンサモジュールの前記回路連結構造物は、ベンディングされて前記メインボードと電気的に連結される、請求項14に記載の画像表示装置。
