Abstract
Description
a)金属材料を含む材料の射出成形によりブランクを作成するステップ。既知の方式では、ブランクを射出成形(MIM)するステップは、金属粉末および有機バインダ系(パラフィン、ポリエチレンなど)を含む原料を準備することにある。次に、たとえば熱分解により、または溶媒への溶解により、原料が注入され、脱バインダされる。次に、ブランクが焼結される。本発明によれば、金属粉末は、0.1から20μm、好ましくは8から15μmのd50を有し、焼結は、たとえばアルゴンのような不活性雰囲気下で、1から10時間、好ましくは2から6時間からなる時間、1100から1500°C、好ましくは1200から1350°Cの温度で実行される。
b)製品を得るためにブランクを機械加工および/または研磨するステップ。機械加工は、あらゆる材料除去技術によって実行され得る。
c)製品を加工して、前記製品の表面の一部に、浮き彫りまたは凹みのあるレリーフパターンを印刷するステップ。構造とも呼ばれ得るパターンを印刷するための最終ステップは、冷間プロセスであることが好ましい。1回または複数回のパスで実行でき、パスの間に熱処理を行うこともできる。

Claims (17)
- 装飾品を製造するための方法であって、
− 金属材料を含む材料の射出成形によりブランクを作成するステップと、
− 製品を得るために前記ブランクを機械加工および/または研磨するステップと、
− 前記製品を加工して、前記製品の表面の一部に浮き彫りまたは凹みのあるレリーフパターン(3)を印刷するステップであって、前記パターン(3)を有する前記製品が、前記装飾品を形成する、ステップとを備えた方法。 - 前記材料は、チタン合金またはステンレス鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チタン合金は、合金Ti−6Al−4Vであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステンレス鋼は、Bohler P570または316L鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品は、プッシャ、リューズ、バルブ(2)、ミドルケース、裏蓋、ベゼル、ブレスレットリンク、ブレスレットクラスプ、およびダイヤルを含むリストから選択される外側計時器部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランクは、前記装飾品の寸法に実質的に同一の寸法を有する前記製品を得るために、前記機械加工ステップに施される半製品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品は、バルブ(2)、リューズ、およびプッシャから選択される外側計時器部品であり、前記半製品は、円筒状ビレット(1)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒状ビレット(1)は、前記加工ステップの前に、前記機械加工ステップを施されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記成形するステップによって生産された前記ブランクは、前記装飾品の寸法に実質的に同一の寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加工ステップは冷間プロセスであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間加工ステップは、パスの間に熱処理を伴う数回のパスで実行されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランクを作成するステップは、
a)金属粉末および有機バインダ系を含む原料を作成することであって、前記金属粉末は、0.1から20μm、好ましくは8から15μmのd50を有する、サブステップと、
b)前記ブランクを形成するために射出成形するサブステップと、
c)前記ブランクを脱バインダするサブステップと、
d)不活性雰囲気下で、1から10時間、好ましくは2から6時間からなる時間、1100から1500°C、好ましくは1200から1350°Cの温度で焼結するサブステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記加工ステップの後、前記パターン(3)を有する製品は、電気化学処理、サテン仕上げまたは研磨処理などの仕上げ処理を施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 装飾品であって、前記装飾品は、その表面の一部に、加工プロセスによって製造された浮き彫りまたは凹みのあるレリーフパターン(3)を有する焼結材料で製造されたことを特徴とする、装飾品。
- 前記装飾品は、プッシャ、リューズ、バルブ(2)、ミドルケース、裏蓋、ベゼル、ブレスレットリンク、およびブレスレットクラスプを含むリストから選択される外側計時器部品であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装飾品。
- 前記焼結材料は、チタン合金またはステンレス鋼で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項14または請求項15に記載の装飾品。
- 前記チタン合金は、合金Ti6Al4Vであり、前記ステンレス鋼は、Bohler P570または316L鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の装飾品。
