Claims (19)
- 腹腔鏡下手術で使用する送気および排煙システムであって、
a)前記システム内に加圧ガスを循環させるポンプと、
b)患者の腹腔へのアクセスを提供するように構成され、送気流体源に流体連通する第1の管腔と前記ポンプに流体連通する第2の管腔とを備える二重管腔カニューレとを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記腹腔からガスを除去するために前記ポンプの吸引側に流体連通する単一管腔を備え、かつ患者の前記腹腔内に挿入するための第2のカニューレを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の管腔が、前記腹腔に加圧ガスを供給するために前記ポンプの加圧側に流体連通する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の管腔が、前記腹腔からガスを除去するために前記ポンプの吸引側に流体連通する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管腔が、前記腹腔に加圧ガスおよび送気流体を供給するために前記送気流体源と前記ポンプの加圧側に流体連通する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- バイパス弁が、前記システム内のガス循環速度を制御するために前記ポンプと機能的に連結する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- メカニカルシールが、腹圧を維持するために前記第2の管腔と機能的に連結する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管腔が、腹圧を感知するためのセンス線として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムから煙およびデブリスを除去するために、前記システム内を循環するガスを濾過するフィルタ装置を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 腹腔鏡下手術で使用する送気および排煙システムであって、
a)送気流体源と、
b)前記システム内に加圧ガスを循環させるポンプと、
c)患者の腹腔へのアクセスを提供するように構成され、かつ前記腹腔へ加圧ガスおよび送気流体を供給するために送気流体源と前記ポンプの加圧側とに流体連通する第1の管腔と、前記腹腔からガスを除去するために前記ポンプの吸引側と流体連通する第2の管腔とを備える、二重管腔カニューレとを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - バイパス弁が、前記システム内のガス循環速度を制御するために前記ポンプと機能的に連結する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- メカニカルシールが、腹圧を維持するために前記第2の管腔と機能的に連結する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管腔が、腹圧を感知するセンス線として機能するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムから煙およびデブリスを除去するために、前記システム内を循環するガスを濾過するフィルタ装置を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 腹腔鏡下手術で使用する送気および排煙システムであって、
a)送気流体源と、
b)前記システム内に加圧ガスを循環させるポンプと、
c)腹腔に加圧ガスを供給するために、前記送気流体源に流体連通する第1の管腔と前記ポンプの加圧側に流体連通する第2の管腔とを備える二重管腔カニューレと、
d)前記腹腔からガスを除去するために前記ポンプの吸引側に流体連通する単一管腔を有する第2のカニューレとを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - バイパス弁が、前記システム内のガス循環速度を制御するために前記ポンプと機能的に連結する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- メカニカルシールが、腹圧を維持するために前記第2の管腔と機能的に連結する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の管腔が、腹圧を感知するセンス線として機能するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムから煙およびデブリスを除去するために前記システム内を循環するガスを濾過するフィルタ装置を備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
